I love this place! All those rich South Hills wives donate their clothes to it, frequently with…read moretags still on (White Stag, Coldwater Creek, etc). This isn't to say they don't have some lower quality stuff too, but the bulk of the clothes here are very nice indeed. Prices are excellent: I think the highest priced anything I've seen here was a prom dress for $50. Now....Are you still reading? The first weekend of every month (unless it's a holiday) they have a bag sale where anything you can fit into a grocery bag out of their basement sale area is $3. I've gotten jackets (London Fog and older felted ladies' jackets), jeans, t-shirts, hats, skirts, dresses, etc down there. Heaven for second-handers! Oh, and proceeds go to the local women's shelters.

Tends to cater to the larger sizes. The store uses some sort of fragrance that is diffused throughout the air, often so strong I can smell it outside the door before entering. Can give me a headache. It permeates the clothing and some of the accessories. I have bought clothing that I had to launder several times to alleviate the smell and it's still not completely gone, or dust down leather purses with baking soda and let sit outside. I can't imagine I'm the only one who does not like these scents. It is an assault on the senses and a hassle to get out of purchases. Clothing should be stored in a pristine environment, free of scents.
