This was my first time at this location. It was surprisingly larger than I anticipated. There were many sections of the store. If you're looking for furniture, there's a wide variety. If you are visiting or live in Danville, VA I encourage you to stop by this Salvation Army. I was visiting family in Danville and decided to stop by this thrift store. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the nicest cashier I've ever encountered period! She greeted every single person that walked into the store. She told everybody about the green tag sale they were having and was there to help if needed. I want to say her name was Betty but I could be wrong. But she was the cashier working on Friday, 20 August in the morning. This woman is a godsend with superb customer service, friendly smile and just a beautiful person. Even if you just want to stop by and browse the customer service you will receive here will make you want to pick up something. I visited this Salvation Army twice while I was in town and this cashier was upbeat and friendly each time. So thank you ma'am for the southern hospitality!
