Prices are fair, especially on sale color items and the store is generally organized for its size. It can get crowded and the checkout line moved very slow, which is the only reason I'm knocking off a star. But if you love the thrill of the hunt and don't mind digging a little, you'll leave happy (and probably with more than you planned on buying). Definitely worth the trip!

A couple of weeks ago, a driver came onto my porch, looked at the last box I had set out for donation, and then simply walked away without taking it. I have also repeatedly had issues with the donation receipts. When the pickup is on my porch, the receipt is often tossed wherever the driver happens to leave it, including in the middle of my driveway. Most recently, I received confirmation that my pickup was scheduled for the day. I was told that the trucks run from 8:00 a.m. and could be out as late as 6:00 p.m. I had everything properly prepared and clearly labeled "VVA" as instructed. No one ever came. I understand that routes can run late and that occasional problems happen. What is frustrating is that these are not isolated incidents. I have been a longtime donor and have used this service for years, and the level of service I am experiencing now is simply unacceptable. After years of using Pickup Please, I will no longer be using their pickup service. It is unfortunate to lose a service I had relied on for so long because of repeated issues that could have been easily avoided
