Always something new to find here. Terrific place to get a gift especially for someone who has everything. Staff is friendly and helpful.

If you want to be ignored , feel free to visit this store. I went there today, walked around and the salespeople did not greet me or ask if they could help me. They just ignored me. It would be hard for anyone to leave this store without buying something. The store can get pretty crowded depending on when you go. They could use a little more space. In addition, there are so many eclectic items for sale, it's hard to keep focused on what you actually came there for. Arts, Crafts, Clothing, Jewelry, Accessories, Home Furnishings----the list never stops. I typically go there for Pandora items. They are strictly retail and give nothing away. I don't ever recall seeing discounts or coupons. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. For Pandora, they provide free gift wrapping. read more

It's a very cute gift boutique in Robbinsville. It reminds me of an upgraded version of a Hallmark store. They also sell clothes in the back which are very reasonably priced. I believe they also do giftwrapping as well. Another thing I've noticed about this store is that they carry a lot of local things pertaining to New Jersey! It's worth checking out if you're in the area. It's located near the Foxmoor condos. read more

Went there one weekend and the snotty sales girl told me they were closing in 5 minutes made me feel very uncomfortable so I ended up leaving. They lost a sale and they won't ever get my business again read more

I've lived in this area a very long time and been in this store many times. Yes, they have some cool items, especially the clothing and jewelry, but my unlike other reviewers, I have not found the staff there that friendly or helpful. Every time I have gone in (other than during the holidays when they have seasonal staff), I have never once been greeted or asked if I needed help looking for anything. I could be the only one in the store and no one even says hello to you. There's always two women behind the counter chatting away who just look like they are too busy to be bothered. I don't expect over-the-top friendliness or anything, but at least acknowledge that someone is in your store. I was in the other day and actually looking at things at the counter and again, no one said anything to me. I actually had a question about something, but the woman behind the counter was dealing with someone else. She made a brief comment to me that wasn't even remotely helpful. There was another worker in the store and she didn't even get her to come help me so I left without buying the item. There are too many other places in the area that are exactly the same that have friendly staff that I'd rather give my business to. I don't plan on going there again. read more

I live in Robbinsville, and this used to be my go to store to buy a lovely gift, but I hate to say I will never shop at Gifted again. I had such a terrible customer service experience there I will never go back. I went there specifically to buy a gift for my babysitter's 21st birthday. Unbeknownst to me they were having a sidewalk sale. I found a lovely bracelet for my babysitter on the sale table and ended up also picking out some full priced Vera Bradley items for my daughter. When I got to the register I was told that I could not have the bracelet gift wrapped because it was on sale. Never mind that I was a customer who was spending $100 and that the gift wrapping probably costs less than a dollar! I had to beg to just be given a gift bag by them to go home and wrap it myself. When I reached out to the owner through the website about it I never received a call back. I was so upset about it that I decided to return the $70 in Vera Bradley merchandise I had purchased and buy the things some place else. When I went to make the return the sales staff acted as if I was the one being unreasonable about the whole thing and left me feeling like they really didn't care if they lost a customer or not. At the time, this store's website advertised that they would gladly wrap any item you buy. Not true. Apparently the policy is actually that they will gladly gift wrap anything you buy at full price. The silly thing is that the gift bag has the store's logo and address/ phone on it so it is actually advertising for them. They should be trying to get those gift bags in to as many local homes as possible! This was just poor business practice all around and a stupid way to try to save a few dollars which resulted in losing a customer in the process. Now when I need a gift I go to either Wisteria in Allentown or Charmed by Claire in Cranberry both equally lovely stores in our local area. P.S. My babysitter loved the bracelet though she and the other 30 guests at the party will never know where it was purchased, and I saved $25 by buying the exact same Vera Bradley items on ebay. read more
