We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.

Before finding Chique Boutique, I drove nearly two hours from my home to visit a large, highly reputable prom and Sweet 16 dress store. I had called ahead specifically to ask whether they carried dresses for my very petite teenage daughter and was assured that they had plenty of options in her size. After making the long drive, an uninterested young salesperson showed us only three dresses and offered very little help. My daughter was completely disheartened, and we were both exhausted and disappointed. We began searching online for another store and came across Chique Boutique. I called, and a very kind gentleman answered the phone. After I explained what had happened, he immediately reassured me, saying, "Tell your daughter not to be upset. If we do not have the dress in her size, we will order it or customize it to fit her. We will get her the exact dress she wants." That conversation gave us so much hope that we drove the two hours back toward Chique Boutique--and I am so thankful that we did. From the moment we entered the store, we were warmly welcomed by Nicole, one of the owners. She immediately began talking with my daughter about what she wanted, the colors she liked, and how she envisioned herself looking for her Sweet 16. Within moments, Nicole brought out dozens of beautiful gowns for her to try on and repeatedly assured her that they would make sure she received the correct size, no matter what. My daughter found the dress of her dreams and was absolutely ecstatic. Chique Boutique ordered it for her, and it arrived within approximately two weeks. We were promptly notified and scheduled for a fitting. The seamstress was equally amazing. She was kind, warm, patient, and friendly. It truly felt as though we were talking with family. She custom-altered the dress perfectly for my daughter's petite frame, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. My daughter looked and felt incredible at her Sweet 16. I am beyond grateful that we found Chique Boutique. Their customer service, personal attention, selection of gowns, shoes, and accessories, and genuine commitment to making every customer feel special are unmatched. They have a decent amount of handicap and regular parking spots. They also have elevators as well. I was briefly browsing the different departments. They have three floors with different departments such as a kids/toy section, shoe department, cosmetics department, women's and men's department. Everything was well organized and there seemed to be plenty of staff to assist with purchases. I didn't interact with the employees as I was just passing through. Finally if you work up an appetite they have a cafe within their store. Go try them. The food is great.

I even noticed when I went to a store across the street, it was so crowded and it was hard to even look at things. I cannot emphasize enough what a huge difference Jasmine has made. unfortunately, I have also noticed that the prices keep going up and it makes it not as approachable as it used to be.
