The office is incredibly "homey" and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, from the decor to the "vibe". Ed has clearly created an environment that attracts great employees. Everyone was very warm, open, and eager to make me feel at home. Sean was fantastic at walking me through my new policies and making sure I understood what each line item actually meant, and why I should have the coverage I have. Or didn't need any more coverage than the basic level in some cases. There was no up-selling. He genuinely loves helping people, and that was clear during the entire 1+hour meeting. Another really open, easy-going, genuine guy who clearly enjoys what he does and from what he shared about the path that led him to where he is now, is a fantastic leader that has been recognized as such by State Farm.
