After we identified which home we wanted, Jacqueline was incredibly responsive in helping us tour the home and providing her blunt assessment about the home's condition, whether the listing price was at market value, and the surrounding area. Her counsel at this stage was invaluable and advised us on how to structure our offer. When the seller pushed on certain provisions, she was quick to advocate on our behalf and to get in contact with the seller towards securing an offer that was best for us. This was crucial in the competitive San Diego housing market. Our first offer was below the asking and Jacqueline eventually helped us secure a home at 5% under asking--which was an incredible win for us. Her counsel on an eventual home inspection was also invaluable and recommended a general home inspection, and roof inspection, to make sure that our investment was well protected. We negotiated a fast-closing date and Jacqueline was there every step of the way to ensure that our credit union could make that expedited closing date. We wanted to sell the house for more than what turned out to be its market value, and I think they took the right approach with us, giving us an optimistic but realistic sense of the highest potential sale point, and walking it down as we saw we weren't getting offers. This review is long overdue. I was looking to rent my condo…read morealmost two years ago at this point. Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with. Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home. Everything looked good. We updated a few things in the condo in preparation to rent it and he gave us a few other good suggestions as well. Brian was a property manager I felt knew what he was doing and we got the sense he would take care of everything for us. The monthly amount for his services is great and we have peace of mind with Brian's services. We have a landlord portal to sign into, we get our yearly tax form and an email each month right before we receive our deposit. It's also nice that if the tenant puts in a maintenance request, we receive an email as a courtesy, but Brian takes care of everything! We are absolutely pleased with Brian as our property manager and when we decide to purchase another investment property we will absolutely ask Brian to help us out with that as well. We cannot recommend Brian enough!
