I was up against an unreasonable opponent who had no problem stooping to low levels, backed by an army of cheerleaders and sycophants. With what felt like impending insurmountable defeat, I started shopping around for help. In comes Pouya. Presence: Should you find yourself in the courtroom, this is the guy you want next to you on the bench. He spares the theatrics and comes prepared with facts and case studies. Rather than reduce his talent to mud slinging and soap opera drama, Pouya stands tall with confidence in the arguments prepared. The language he uses is accurate and concise, spoken with the authority of an attorney who is knowledgeable. Pouya dresses well and makes sure that his materials are organized. The man oozes confidence and is a courtroom force for sure! Persistence: Nothing can sway Pouya. Knowing what the marching orders were, he did not back down to other bullies - in or out of the courtroom. We waited 6 WEEKS for the police report, where the reporting officer found him "at fault" after interviewing JUST 1 witness and the driver, who said he was in the intersection. Not wanting to spend $$$ to retain a lawyer, we waited to see what kind of settlement amount the insurance would offer. We were then bullied by the insurance adjuster who convinced my fiancée that since he was found "at fault", they owed us nothing. We contacted a well-advertised billboard lawyer who told us we had "no case" because he had been found "at fault." Feeling dejected at a low moment of exasperation, my fiancée signed a settlement agreement of $10,000 as he was told "that's all you're going to get because you were found at fault." I literally got home :20 after he signed. I was furious and this let to a lot of fights between us. I found John Rajee of RMD Law on Yelp as a lot of reviews said he handled "difficult situations." He was kind and professional but also understood human nature and the whole dilemma we faced- trying to get a contract invalidated AND attempt to re-settle with the insurance company. He also advised me on different ways MY auto insurance could help even though my fiancée was on a bicycle. Although John consulted other colleagues to discover ways to secure a better settlement, ultimately nothing could be legally done to get the settlement contract negated :( Unfortunately, my fiancée and I had to move forward with accepting the circumstance. Through all these developments, John kept advising us and was professional and thorough. He advised me as an experienced counselor and also just an honest guy who took the time to reassure me that basically it wasn't the end of the world. Frankly, I was very very angry with my fiancée over his moronic decision to sign, and speaking to John just honestly helped me move past my anger and put the whole bad situation behind me. I would absolutely recommend John and his colleagues to anyone seeking legal advisement, and I will definitely refer him to friends and family. Even if you just need an answer or two, PLEASE contact RMD before signing anything, taking action, or accepting offers. They absolutely will help!

I know a lot of lawyers personally but had never had to deal with an accident lawyer and felt that most I talked to were either too aggressive, impractical or just not interested because my accident seemed small or not worthy of treatment. I learned a lot about small claims court along the way because I had dropped the ball on my case, even if it was thru no fault of my own. John was easy to talk to and gave me the time needed. As I usually do, I checked YELP for reviews and found great reviews and then the one bad review by Rob R. but I decided to go for a consultation anyway. I am very glad that I did. Sam is a true professional and very knowledgeable, yet personable and easy to talk to. He clearly laid out the process and helped ease my anxiety at a most difficult emotional time. He took the time to answer all of my many questions and concerns and explain every step so that I knew exactly what was involved. He was very reassuring during this stressful time and I appreciated that. When I asked him about the bad review and how it came about, he frankly and honestly explained what had transpired and this put me at ease and I felt very confident in retaining his services. I hired this attorney at the start of my divorce case, paying a $6,500 retainer with the expectation of receiving professional guidance and timely representation. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. He frequently asked me to complete the paperwork myself, spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner (including yelling), and delayed filing important documents. These delays caused my divorce process to drag on unnecessarily. He never seemed to remember the details of my case -- every conversation felt like starting from scratch, with me having to re-explain what was going on. In the end, I had to terminate his services. He also did not return any portion of my retainer, instead manipulating the billing to show that all funds were used. As a result, I ended up paying twice -- once to him and again to a new attorney who had to step in and fix the delays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone seeking competent, respectful, and timely legal representation. read more
