After mistaking the dryers for the washers and some confusion on how much I'll be paying, I was met with the most wonderful, helpful and sincerely kind woman, Pam. She turned all my anxiety and confusion into a very helpful tutorial on how the place works and even was beautifully kind enough to cover all my laundry expenses since it was my first time. The place is clean and the music is killer. I brought headphones just in case but forgot about them. Lets just say I was born in the 90's but my heart is in the 70's. I'm completing all my laundry faster and cheaper than at home. Pam's a keeper. She made me feel comfortable and cool at a laundromat for Pete's sake. I'm highly considering bringing my laundry here for the spacious machines, fast times and Pam. Thank you so much!!!

You'll find vending machines…read moreinside stocked with wash/dry products if you forgot your own and machines with refreshment and snacks to keep you occupied if you're inside waiting. There is almost always an attendant on site which is probably why the place is well maintained and clean. My only gripe about the place is the lack of parking. I usually do find one a short distance away. It doesn't warrant a loss of stars for the place because a little walking isn't a deal breaker.

She's friendly with everyone, making sure their stay is pleasant, and even helped distract the children so the parents could do their work. They might look small, but they definitely have plenty of machines to go around. They have 2 large commercial washers, one is $7.50, the other $4.75. They have new, smaller commercial washers also for $2, and a larger option for $3. The driers are $.25 per...9 minutes? They're heavy duty though, and she helped us by having us do multiple driers with clothes spread out and 4 driers dried about 6 loads, barely costing $2, if that! Overall, VERY impressed by the hospitality and cleanliness of the place....it's a million steps up from the laundry in my apartment complex, and most places around. I even saved more money here, and cut my laundry time from like 8 hours to 1...no, I'm not joking. Edit: I forgot to mention that the owner is trying to get something to help with the broken a/c, it wasn't too terrible hot but she offered the patrons in the store a cold bottle of water. I live in Van Nuys and came upon this location while I was looking for somewhere to kill time in between loads. I came here on a Wednesday around 11:30am-2pm and was highly impressed. Cleaningness: This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. And I mean extremely CLEAN. You can tell it's well taken care of. The machines look like they are in very good condition, probably on the newer side. Washers: there are about 6 different washing machine sizes, which are sure to fit your needs. Prices range from $1.75 (smallest washer) to $6.50 (super large washer). Dryers: all dryers are the same size and cost $0.28 cents for 12 minutes. They dry decently. Folding space: decent amount of space for folding. How to pay: all machines take a laundromat card supplied by the business. It does not cost extra, which I was throughly and happily surprised because most laundromats make you pay for their cards. All you have to do is go to the card machine, tell it you need a new card, and add money (cash). And voila! A card speews out. (There is an ATM machine right next to it in case you forgot your cash). You then use this card to pay at the washer/dryer machines. Service: the lady attending was very nice and friendly. Restroom: there is one unisex restroom. I did not use this, so I cannot rate it. Vending machines: there are drink and snack vending machines that take bills and quarters. There is also a a vending machine that sells laundry materials. Cons: I wish they had larger dryer machines because I kept having to manually move around (every so often) my comforter to make sure it dried well. But keep in mind that my comforter is not the average sized comforter. It is extremely large and bulky.
