These projects were not inexpensive, but I felt that the value is there for the craftsmanship, warranty and overall experience. I appreciate that they answer their phones when you call and they get back to you quickly. The craftsmanship is excellent. Jose and his team really did impressive work. I appreciate the fact that Chip who oversaw several aspects of our projects helped to advise us whenever we had questions. In all 4 projects, I never had a concern about who was coming to work at our home. The crews left the work sites clean and orderly and always took great care to make sure our yard was cleaned off. (I can tell you there aren't many companies who actually do that!) The project wasn't always perfect, but no construction ever is. Here is where Express Sunrooms set themselves apart. When my husband and I weren't happy with part of the project, Express made it right. They truly stand behind their work and resolved our concern. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. Less than three years after installation--and actually starting a little over two years in--our fence began separating. Upon closer inspection, it's clear that staples were used instead of screws in areas, which is not what was promised. This has led to premature failure and a fence that simply hasn't held up the way it should, especially considering the amount we invested. To be fair, we were initially satisfied with the overall look of the fence, even though the project took longer than originally communicated. We also followed all maintenance instructions provided. However, the structural issues have completely overshadowed that early satisfaction. What's been most frustrating is the lack of follow-through. When we initially reached out, the owner, Mike, said he would come take a look after returning from an international trip--but that was nearly six months ago. Since then, there has been no response to calls or texts from either me or my husband. Mike was very kind and personable, which makes this situation even more disappointing. While the customer service felt genuine at first, the lack of follow-up hasn't been fair to us as customers. For a company that charges premium prices and promotes quality craftsmanship, this level of durability and customer service is unacceptable. We expected better communication and accountability, especially for a product that hasn't even lasted three years. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. Unfortunately, the polymeric sand was put on way too thick and had to be redone (an arduous all-day process) and thankfully looks better now. The Techo Bloc still has some efflorescence (white powdery substance) on it, which I am told is normal. The caps on the bench look like a DIY project. They are cut uneven and have stain lines to this day. This project was very stressful and I wish I would have gone a different direction.

We put in an RFP with LCP to change it to all concrete and Kyle came out the next day to meet with me about the project. It was clear by the way he spoke and the questions he asked that he had the knowledge and experience for this job, and was extremely professional. I had a formal estimate later that day. Of the 5-6 RFPs I sent out to other companies, he was the only one that filled out a detailed estimate, with on-time and fast communication. So he won the job and did an excellent job. Our parking lot looks immaculate. Him and his team were extremely skilled, detail oriented, measured everything out perfectly. They provided their thoughts on ways to make it look perfect, and best of all, they were fast. I could not believe how fast they laid down the concrete. The team was so efficient, kind, and didn't leave any mess at all behind. Kyle came back so many times after to ensure it was setting properly, to score it, to add parking blocks, etc. He was always willing to come back and check things out and go the extra mile for us. The install was scheduled, and the crew showed up at 6:30am that day. They draped and covered vulnerable areas and worked all day removing the old shingles and placing the new roof.  Overseeing the progress at the jobsite was Adam Cobb.  He came to me a couple of times to update me on how things were going and see if I  had any questions. When the job was completed the next day, he let me know they were done.  That is when I saw that my yard, porch, decks, flower beds and driveway were left in even better shape than they started with. So, there you have it.  If you want to wonder about the quality and service you will get-keep looking.  But if you want to get the best up front, go with CR&W.

The company caused $2133 in HVAC damages that three representatives refused to cover…read more Representatives claimed the damages were not their responsibility because of their contract. The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. After several attempts to get in touch with the contact on the contract and the business owner, we got no response.
