Dianne dismissed me many times when I called regarding my grandmothers care. Made me feel like calling to report her symptoms was irrelevant. My grandmother was very sick with an apparent UTI and she dismissed me and I pushed to get an order for a urine culture to check to see if that was the cause of her symptoms. My grandmother ended up being admitted to the hospital two days later with a severe UTI turned septic. I wouldn't trust this clinic with your loved one. Dismissals after dismissals. Dr. Tulpule diagnosed my grandmother's pain with arthritis, it turned out to be an abnormal growth. Do your research if you're thinking of being assigned to this establishment. There are many good doctors/offices that take your insurance that won't dismiss or be rude to you.
