Dr. Wang and his office staff made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and relaxed from the moment I arrived. What pleased me most is that Dr. Wang is also a cardiologist, which is a tremendous bonus for me. He took the time to thoroughly review my medications and provided highly professional, patient, and detailed guidance regarding my heart condition, including treatment, recovery, diet, and exercise. He also carefully addressed several other health concerns I brought up, explaining preventive measures and treatment options in a clear and thoughtful manner. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I can only say that I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Wang. I highly recommend Dr. Wang, especially for Chinese-speaking patients seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and professional physician.

The front desk staff and management appear disorganized, and basic communication is severely lacking. I experienced confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Patients deserve respect and clear communication, especially when it comes to their health. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would not recommend this clinic to others.

After COVID my thyroid gland went nuts - I experienced a lot "more" .. hair loss, insomnia, fatigue, muscle weakness and loss, extreme sensitivity to cold, numbness in a few fingers and toes, a hoarse voice, anxiety, no libido, and excessively dry skin, to name a few issues. Doctor Shah spent 1.5 hours with me on my first office visit, treated me as an individual (not an age), and listened attentively to the pain, suffering, and frustration I was going thru. He reviewed all the medical records I brought with me, and requested a panel of other lab work, along with a couple thyroid tests I never heard of before. Nine months later almost to the day, I am sleeping better, I awake each morning lighter and happier, my hair loss has stopped, I am back at the gym able to workout, and my hoarse voice is gone. Since the first visit, I have had 2 additional teledoc calls with Dr. Shah. He always ends by saying: "Don't hesitate to call me - on my cell - if you have any questions or concerns." What doctor do you know who cares about you as a "individual and not a number," gets you the results you are seeking, and provides you direct contact, anytime, via his private line..?!

I paid over $500 for appointments, all for Dr Shah to not finish my phone consultation. We got interrupted and he said he would call back. He had his receptionist call me about a payment needed and then when she mentioned his notes they were things he did not tell me. I mentioned how paying for an open ended consultation wasn't okay, she told me that it was open ended on my end because "it sounds like i want to have the surgery". But mind you I came to him telling him i didn't want to have the surgery. I don't mind paying for results, but not for an open ended consultation with no solutions.

I drove in one hours worth of traffic only to find out I was at the wrong location. It took me three months to make the appointment which really pissed me off! I hurried over to the correct location to see the doctor I was assigned too. As for the actual appointment the front desk nurse apologized for the mishap. I was seen by the nurse who was courteous and professional. The doctor I was assigned to was professional and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease as it didn't seem to me he would drag me through a bunch of unnecessary tests like some other specialist. Outside of the mishap I'd recommend this Doctor Yeh.

I left and asked them to call me when they're ready to see me. I came back and I'm still in the office. The doctor saw me for 5 mins and I've been waiting for over an hour. That's ridiculous. Other patients are prioritize before me which is unfair because I have already been here for way too long. They asked me if I want to reschedule and I said no because I know they're already booked for the entire month. My doctor referred me here and I'm not going to drag it on for another month. I'm never coming back.

I understand that things happen but I've always ended up waiting, at the least, 45min before seeing him. When I do finally see him he's in a hurry and short. I came here as a referral from my GP after having consistent chest pains. After describing the pain to Dr. Pulumati he determined it was more likely to be pulmonary muscle pain. He asked me to follow up with some tests to rule out any cardio concerns. Those tests went fine and staff was kind. When seeing Dr. Pulumati for the results he's again, late, in a hurry and short but this last time he was also sarcastic. He told me that if my cholesterol didn't change in 6 months he wanted to put me on statins. I asked him for information on the drug or if he had an hand out about it. He then said he'd check, open the door and yelled into the hallway " do we have and paper information on statins" and then immediately closed the door and chuckled. He then told me to ask ChatGPT about it and sarcastically told me it would be a good idea to have paper information on it. After that he went on about me needing to make life style changes and lose weight without actually asking me about my life style and diet. I'm currently on my weight loss journey and have made changes to my lifestyle. I'm down 60+ lbs and on wegovy. Went on about staying away from carbs and described food with carbs. In all honesty, it's left me feeling that I was a low priority patient, stereotyped as a larger woman, and not taken seriously when asking questions.
