Review would have been good had the representative not started talking to me like I was an idiot for asking about a product issue that would otherwise have not resulted in a one star review. I have been told at length how James is aware of the situation and does not plan on doing anything about it. I will be filing a PPO on the manager, but I am deeply concerned about the co-owner approving of threats of violence against me.
