Being 8.5 months pregnant by the time I found her, I literally could have gone into labor any day. She totally understood my "condition" lol, and her flexibility with scheduling us at our convenience was greatly appreciated!! She was communicative and sensitive to what we wanted out of the photos. She allowed my sister (a photography enthusiast) to engage in every aspect of the session and made sure everyone was happy with the way the photos were turning out as we moved through the session. Dianna was also very honest and conscientious in regards to little things out of place (hair, buttons, clothing bunches, bra straps, etc.). As a gift for Mother's Day (I rarely ask for anything from them) they were cooperative and Marlo made it very easy and an enjoyable and comfortable experience to get the photos done. She was very accommodating as we were all in town for a limited amount of time for a Baylor graduation. She was also incredibly flexible to make herself available when we were back in town later to select photos, and then went out of her way to deliver photos out of the area. There he talked with the coordinator of the stadium, to talk about lighting and how the "fake tour" would go and what his job would be. He was very friendly and hospitable with everything. He knew how to keep a secret and blend in as a second family going on the tour. The photos came out very good! With high resolution and low resolutions. He even took the time to mail me back my flash drive with all my photos on it and sent me a Google drive with them all!
