I don't think she's negligent, thus the two stars, I just have had many more pleasant, respectful experiences with doctors than to accept less.

Every time we are seen she just assumes it's a virus without taking into consideration anything else that could be wrong. To me that is being lazy. She didn't listen to me when I told her that 8 days at a fever of 104 to 105 is not a virus maybe you should consider looking for something else. we had to go elsewhere to find our that the baby had an infection we were given antibiotics and she is finally getting well. Scary stuff.

There is something about being talked to like I'm dumb, and don't know how to care for a child that gets to me. After he completed the check up and left the room I waited another 10 minutes (at least) for a nurse to come by and give my son his vaccs. By that time he had fallen asleep, so I had to wake him up for the shots. The nurse was very nice, that was probably the most positive part of the entire experience. I will definitely be finding a different place and Dr to take my children to.

Never is she condescending or pretentious, which I really appreciate as a parent. The facility is big, clean, & organized. It also seems very secure, which you'll see when you notice how their doors are set up. They are typically on time, & take their time with you. I've never felt rushed or disregarded. They've even allowed my two older children to have an appointment together, to save time. Great office.

Dr. Herman completely missed my sons ear infection which i had to return in two days to see a different doctor to receive antibiotics to treat his ear infection that she carelessly missed. Along with making an appoint for my son to be tested for flu/strep since we were exposed over the weekend. Yet no one seemed to listen to me or take my concern into consideration. I was in their office for all of 10 minutes and that included sitting down in the waiting room and waiting to be called. The exam she gave my son was less then thorough and a monkey could have done a better job. My husband is a paramedic and was completely disgusted with what he had seen. I was scooted out the door because Dr. Herman needed to go and perform a c-section (no biggie, can't really schedule when babies are born) However I was not offered to wait or to see another doctor. My son is still sick and now i get to go through the hassle of finding a new pediatrician who will listen to my concerns. Thank you for being the worst pediatrician that i have ever had the been too. I truly hope you decide to look elsewhere before stepping into this death trap.
