Several areas that should have been part of a deep clean were either missed or only superficially cleaned, including baseboards, corners, and areas behind furniture. I also had to point out multiple spots that required additional attention during the appointment. The app itself was not very helpful when trying to address the issue afterward. Communication was slow, and it was difficult to get a clear resolution or follow up regarding the concerns I raised. The booking process was straightforward, but the overall customer service experience after the cleaning was frustrating. I understand that every service can have an off day, but based on this experience, I did not feel that I received the level of service or value that was promised. I hope the company improves both its quality control and customer support processes going forward.

When a complaint was raised, the resolution provided was so unprofessional and illogical. I would have given 0 stars where there was an option. Several areas that should have been part of a deep clean were either completely missed or cleaned very poorly. Appliances were not cleaned, the tops of the kitchen cabinets were left untouched because the cleaner did not have the proper equipment, furniture that had been moved was left out of place, and I had to repeatedly point out basic areas such as the kitchen exhaust and behind the stove that should have been cleaned without being asked. The quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. Bathroom mirrors and shower glass were left covered in streaks, there were marks and residue left on multiple surfaces, and several areas still had visible dust and dirt after the service was supposedly completed. The most frustrating part was that after paying for a 4-hour deep cleaning service, I had to spend an additional 2 hours cleaning my own home because I simply could not leave it in that condition. A professional cleaning company should arrive properly equipped, pay attention to detail, and deliver the service that was advertised and paid for. Unfortunately, this service failed on all three fronts. I chose this company expecting a thorough, professional deep clean and instead was left feeling that I had wasted both my time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their deep cleaning service.

She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home. At other laundromats, I've had to pay for every little thing, so I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the owner has trained his staff well in providing superior customer service. I do have a couple of suggestions to make Suds Laundry even better. It would be helpful to have a step ladder or step-stool for short people to pour detergent into the washer. Also, a few more rolling baskets would be useful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Suds Laundry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable laundromat.
