I want to emphasize that it's frustrating to arrive at a location that is open for business but not staffed in a way that can serve patients in a timely manner. If a site is open, it should be appropriately equipped with staff to care for patients; otherwise, it should remain closed until staffing is adequate. I hope Labcorp will prioritize hiring so patients are not left waiting without assistance.

There are signs on the Kiosk saying it is not available and to go to the window that does not exist. No one comes to the lobby to see if there are patients waiting. No one answers the door. Leaving early seems to be the only thing the staff here know's how to do and they seem to be consistent. I would not recommend attempting to get services at this location.

This place really saved me the first time because I had an appointment at Sameday Health to get a pre-departure PCR but they closed without prior notice so I was left scrambling for something else so I could get on my flight the next day. Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. I believe they also offer vaccines here too. Will definitely come back next time I need a PCR especially if it's urgent.

It is located in the back area of the Safeway store and is private and comfortable. I personally have never had to wait. I will say their automated check in is a little cumbersome but not bad. The excellent rating is because the woman doing my bloodwork was professional and fast. Also, it did not hurt - not at all! And their method for a urine sample is excellent. You have a container in the toilet to pee into and you pour it into the little cup. No holding that cup and trying to pee into it. I hope their analysis is as excellent as their sample taking is.

The order was sent via computer to lab corp. I used the wait in the car option getting there about 20 minutes before the appt time. As it got closer to the time I decided to wait inside. When I got there I was told that "the system was down". So not only was I not able to get the work done since I didn't have a physical paper order, but I would still probably be sitting in the car because no one contacted me to let me know there was a problem ( possible they were not able to access since the system was done?). I sprinted across the parking lot just in time. There was plenty of parking in the lot outside the building (It's in the Peter Angelos building on the fourth floor). I checked in at the in-office kiosk and waited to be called. A pleasant young lady at the desk, Danny, assisted me and was also the phlebotomist. The care quality that she displayed was excellent. All in all, I lowkey like this one better than the one across the parking lot!

I had a Myers cocktail IV therapy on 7/31/25. The nurse was a young lady who was very nice and…read morepersonable. I thought the infusion went well. There was a little soreness afterwards but that's to be expected. I did not expect to experience bruising and mild pain. The next day the injection site was very bruised and discolored and tender to the touch. The bruising got worst be the day. It's been 5 days and the color is not getting any better. Im not pleased with my experience and will sadly not be scheduling anymore infusions with them which sucks as I was excited to begin receiving infusions on a monthly basis.
