I want to emphasize that it's frustrating to arrive at a location that is open for business but not staffed in a way that can serve patients in a timely manner. If a site is open, it should be appropriately equipped with staff to care for patients; otherwise, it should remain closed until staffing is adequate. I hope Labcorp will prioritize hiring so patients are not left waiting without assistance.

This place really saved me the first time because I had an appointment at Sameday Health to get a pre-departure PCR but they closed without prior notice so I was left scrambling for something else so I could get on my flight the next day. Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. It is located in the back area of the Safeway store and is private and comfortable. I personally have never had to wait. I will say their automated check in is a little cumbersome but not bad. The excellent rating is because the woman doing my bloodwork was professional and fast. Also, it did not hurt - not at all! And their method for a urine sample is excellent. You have a container in the toilet to pee into and you pour it into the little cup. No holding that cup and trying to pee into it. I hope their analysis is as excellent as their sample taking is.

The order was sent via computer to lab corp. I used the wait in the car option getting there about 20 minutes before the appt time. As it got closer to the time I decided to wait inside. When I got there I was told that "the system was down". So not only was I not able to get the work done since I didn't have a physical paper order, but I would still probably be sitting in the car because no one contacted me to let me know there was a problem ( possible they were not able to access since the system was done?). I took a chance with the hope that this location would be empty and it was! Located in Angelos Medical Pavillon, which I may add is beautiful in the inside. LapCorp is locate in suite 420.
