Had a car accident case I called in about. They wanted to take my case on immediately. I told them I couldn't meet for a few days unless they came to me. Instead of them waiting the few days until I was able to make it down there they decided to bombard and harass me with multiple phone calls and texts each day. They were worse than spam callers. They want to take on your case immediately and have you sign over 40% to them immediately. Problem is what happens when you may only get $10,000 from a car accident; you loose 40% of that off the bat to them. Heck no. These companies are so shady and unethical it's absurd. If they truly cared about the client they would amend their shady contract to state if you make over $xxx,xxx amount of dollars then they take 40% but if you make under $xxx,xxx they only take 20%, etc. when I called them out on this nonsense one of their alleged owners messaged me offering this type of deal. It should not have taken me calling them out on these corrupt business practices to get that deal. That type of deal should have been presented to me in the first place.
