My plan was to cover the costs and participate in the consultation, as I normally speak with a few attorneys before hiring one. When my mother asked to include me on the call, she was told that I could not be added, and that if I wanted to speak separately it would require a $400 consultation fee. To me, this felt more like a money grab than a reasonable policy, especially since I was the one offering to hire and pay for the attorney. In my experience working with other attorneys, I haven't run into this type of restriction before. I also followed up directly by phone but did not get the clarity I was hoping for. Because of this, I decided not to move forward with the firm. This was just my personal experience, and others may have different ones. For me, it raised concerns about fit and communication style, and I chose to look elsewhere for representation. This might explain their bad reviews.

She did not represent my interests and instead acted like a mediator, which is not why their office was hired. JC could not even convey to the court which days each party was to have my daughter. She gave inaccurate information which would have reduced my custodial time with my daughter. My mom had to shout NO from the back of the court room and the judge had to stop the proceedings so that JC could get it right. I am a positive person and don't like leaving negative feedback for any business and right now I am really torn. I sent this firm one of my closest friends 3 years ago to handle her divorce and she was extremely unhappy but I didn't hold that against them because I was still moving forward so I thought. It takes a village to make any business work. You get the key name on the marquee and then the village props him up. I never once met Mr. Blue. He runs between 3 offices but I was okay with that fact as long as my case moved forward. I can tell you I don't like fake displays of only the pretty people on a Yelp page. The 2 people who worked the hardest for me are not even shown on the employees on this site. Oversight? Maybe. I thought my case was over and just found out it had huge mistakes. The same person I have had issues with lying to me and padding my bill. I have been so patient and why they protect her makes me think she is a relationship to Mr. Blue. I have no idea. This falls under - A legal malpractice lawsuit centers on recovering damages because of your attorney's misconduct or a grievous mistake they made in a legal matter that resulted in you losing money. For anyone else out there a secondary source is - Is filing a complaint against them with the state disciplinary board would be because they failed to act professionally, and not necessarily because you want to be compensated. Either way THEY as a practice costs me thousands and they costs me stress that was more then I could handle for the last 2 years. Do not seek this practice for when you are at a low and feeling desperate or depressed about your situation. Dealing with past taxes and the IRS was so new for me, now I have become an expert. Trial by fire. That's not what you pay professionals for, I got more help from calling the IRS myself then anything from this practice. Mr. Blue only spoke about my case when my new CPA firm had to fix everything. She has sent a few emails to them demanding my refund of services. Zero reply but they know they owe it. I have a emails from every correspondence. Great firm for taking NEW cases and retainers, BAD for responding and actually working!!!

i will never use them ever again in my life! my experience was we would have to call constantly…read morebecause they never call you back... ever! and when you call they get annoyed. they are hardly in the office. we got very little when we know we could have gotten a lot more. we questioned inflated charges and found out later that we were being way overcharged for shots for pain that was ridiculous! when we question them on that because we had called the actual clinic where they administered the shots the shots were only a few hundred dollars but they were charging us $8,000 to $9,000 per shot! they took absolutely forever and we had to initiate all the phone calls! we even had to gather all our medical paperwork ourselves because they just weren't doing it!
