He 'transformed' my smile alright! Cut out half my front tooth (WHY?) puttied it up, cracked the two on both sides of front teeth. Didn't hear what it was I was asking for. I went back 3 more times only to have his young family member - in-law - put more composite that would and did chip away. ALL I WANTED WAS COMPOSITE ON BACK SIDE OF TWO FRONT TEETH. I started going to this office in the late 80s in high school. For decades, I poured thousands of dollars into the previous Dentist and then transferred to Dr. pack when he bought the office. Cleanings Twice a year religiously, fillings, chipped teeth all services at Pak's office. Long story short, my Insurance offered a special at another office to get crowns with no out-of-pocket cost to me. Pak wanted $1000+ for crown work. I got the crown done at the other office yet still went back to Pak for all my other dental needs. YEAR+ after I had the new crown at the other office and RETURNED for several cleanings at Dr. Pak''s office. He decided that I should go back to the other office to resume my dental Care. I'm not sure if he felt disloyalty or the loss of money or ? For decades, I enjoyed the staff at his office. They are fabulous. I've known his hygienist since High School. I can't recommend him for the way I was treated. I'm not a rich man so I'm pretty sure anyone else would have taken a free service over paying $1000's of dollars. Dr Pak fooled me well. Invisalign treatment gave me black triangles between every tooth, all the way to the back. I had no black triangles prior treatment. I had only 1 tooth out of line. I wore my aligners for a minimum of 20 hours every day. My teeth did not shift at all, but instead, now, my teeth look as though they were being yanked out of my roots. Dr. Pak even chiseled my front teeth narrower to create more space. But even after more than a year of treatment, my teeth were not aligned. I opted out of treatment because the black triangles were getting bigger. I paid $5.6k for this invisalign treatment. Now, I have food and drinks gushing in and out of the black triangle. Dr Pak is over booked and is frustrated throughout the day. The toilet sometimes does not flush there. I did see one of the dentists go in the restroom with his phone, so I guess this 1 bathroom is shared amongst everyone, including the employees. read more

I had never been to this office before this week. I called to make an appointment to repair an old filling. The woman on the phone was very kind and got me scheduled pretty quickly. The people in the office are very nice! Alice and Dr. Pak made me comfortable immediately and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for the perfect dentist to see Dr. Pak. read more

The visit to my dentist, Dr. Pak, was pleasant as always. Most people I know do not particularly look forward to going to the dentist and are typically nervous. I would highly recommend this dental practice. After having a bad experience a little over a year ago at a previous practice, I decided to make the switch to Dr. Pak based on a friends referral. I am very glad I did. I have nothing but positive things to say and my hygienist Katy was gentle and did a very thorough cleaning! They make you feel right at home and I can honestly say you forget you're in the dental chair! You can honestly tell that patients love it there. On a side note, as I was waiting in the lobby, one of the hygienist was walking out one of her elderly patient's and the personal attention and care given to this individual just reaffirmed that I was at a practice of integrity that delivers first class patient care. The kindness and heart felt conversation that went on between the two of them, truly made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients. My family have been in Dr. Pak's office for several years. Dr.Pak is caring, attentive and very professional with an impressive knowledge of his work. He has a personality that radiates warmth and is reflected in his whole staff. When you go to his office, you feel like a friend and a valued customer and not just a number or nameless patient. I am recognized and greeted warmly by everyone on staff each time I go in. Every staff works professionally and is very helpful especially with our dental insurance and billing. Dr. Pak is always so thoughtful and kind in explaining every work carefully. He is also honest and proposes only necessary treatments. I never felt uncomfortable in his chair and I always confident that I was getting the best treatment. I have 7 and 9 years old children. They've seen Dr. Pak since they had their first tooth. I saw Dr Pak on the recommendation of a co-worker. It wasn't to hard to get a quick appointment. On the day of my visit I didn't have to wait too long (5-10 min.) which I felt was reasonable. The office staff was very friendly and worked with me on some insurance issues I had. When I got brought back and met Dr Pak he was friendly and professional. Upon my examination he explained to me what was going on, what my options were and what he felt was best for me. My time in Dr Pak's office went by quickly and I left his office without any pain (which was new to me after seeing a dentist).
