They have me pee in a cup - then the doctor comes in. He goes on for five minutes about how I don't have a UTI. And i'm like okay? I didn't even know that was on the table. Then, he asks me if i did any heavy lifting or worked out too hard .... i did not. I answered no to literally every question alluding to any sort of muscle strain or joint discomfort. Somehow that did not go through his head, and i get diagnosed with a muscle strain, and sent pain meds. WOOW YIPEEEE thank you for fucking nothing. I get a call 4 days later - still in absolute agony..... Regarding my test results: Hey you have a UTI. Untreated for an extra FOUR days after I saw the doctor. Bro doesn't know how to listen, all he knows is how to go on fifteen minute tangents of useless shit. Idgaf what mental disability you have, but maybe let's listen to patients instead of telling me buffoonery of how i strained my muscle. Never going back unless the doctor opens his ears instead of his mouth.

- made two appointment back-to-back for myself and my then 16 year old daughter for annual physical…read more- at the "physical" we endured a bunch of unnecessary tests like EKG (what 16 year-old needs an ekg? - saw the doc together for a total of maybe 5 minutes - was prescribed medications we did not need - didn't get the incentive my emplyer gives for annual physicals because the practice didn't bill it as a physcial - had a charge in my EOB called "ENCEPHLGRM" which they told me was an EKG (I'm an RN I know that's not the code for an EKG) which of course my nsurance did not pay for bc it was not necessary - not was it performed bc I didn't have one ended up with a $400 bill PER PERSON for a physical that should be covered under my insurance!!

A new patient date would be about a month away 2. I couldn't get a physical the same day 3. They wouldn't accept my insurance 4. Every other place couldn't be bothered with me because I was new It was all so frustrating until I finally found this place!! I called on a Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday at 9am! I was able to get in, fill out all the new patient paperwork and get my entire physical done within an hour. Every single staff member that I encountered was so sweet and friendly. The doctor was thorough and kind. The waiting room, testing room and examination room were fantastically clean and decorated nicely. I am SO beyond happy I found this place and would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

After checking in, I was asked to schedule my follow-up for the RESULTS--at the end of September, even though it was early August. The front desk appeared disorganized, with paperwork piled up, and staff openly discussed another patient's medical status, procedures, and tests in front of us. I found this lack of discretion troubling. After waiting thirty minutes, I asked when I might be seen. I was told that my procedure was scheduled on their books for 11:30. Having an hour-long drive back to Sag Harbor in summer traffic, I decided to leave. Minutes after my husband and I left, I received a text asking me to come back--they would take me immediately. In the meantime, I had taken a few sips of tea after fasting all morning. When I told Dr. Singh, he asked whether I'd had a sip or a cup. When I said closer to a sip, he told me I would be fine to proceed. He seemed rushed, tense, and distracted rather than reassuring. Fortunately, I also told the anesthesiologist, clarifying that it might have been more of a gulp. He advised me not to have the endoscopy because of the risk of aspirating fluid into my lungs--a potentially serious complication. Also, based on what I observed, I wasn't confident that this facility had the staffing or resources I would want available in an emergency. This was especially concerning because Dr. Singh had just told me it was fine to proceed. My husband and I independently had the same impression: the emphasis seemed to be on moving patients through rather than attentive patient care. Final word: I did not feel safe or confident in this environment and will seek a new doctor.
