I ordered yellow dragonfruit and all 3 in the pack were moldy. I also bought this Parmesan 2 weeks ago for lasagna.... the date says May but as you can see in the picture on the bottom left its MOLDY. I reached in and grabbed a handful of mold. The hearing center has a very hard time honoring their appointments and an even harder time letting you know when they won't be available. Lucid hearing aids are good but their hearing center no so much. I definitely would not recommend and would have given no stars if possible. read more

The only location in Bristol VA/TN. Walk in off the parking lot and grab a shopping cart. They don't ask to see your membership card so keep walking. Front has new items and housewares. Rear has a bakery, meat department, cold cases of food, and fruits and vegetables. Next is drinks and paper goods, freezer department, then shelf staples. Finally the pharmacy and chips and cookies are by the checkout area. Plenty of self checkouts are there for you. read more

I had never been to a Sams Club before until I visited with a friend. Right from the parking lot and entryway there was not the hectic flurry of people like at Costco! The store was bright and clean and well stocked. Unlike Costco where they have a lot of their own brands, Sams Carrie's name brands for practically everything. Prices were good, comparable with other warehouses. The presentation of refrigerated foods left a lot to be desired. It was just thrown I to a cooler without shelves so the cases were all falling over. This did not make me feel comfortable about food handling safety so I stayed away from those products. I was also really disappointed in their clothing section. It was so small and didn't have nice brands like Costco. My favorite feature was the self checkouts! There were quite a few of them and there were no lines for them. Overall a decent trip. read more

This is the nicest Sam's Club I have been in. It just opened sometime this summer, it was very clean and huge -- it is next door to the Walmart at Exit 7. Mom and I came in, and she had to go back because she left her membership card in the car. The Greeter let me stay inside and told me the best stop to stand in so I would be warmer. I had forgotten about the food samples that they pass out. In preparation for Thanksgiving their samples were things you might want to have for your Thanksgiving dinner. In fact you got a small plate with a couple of pieces of ham, green bean casserole, stuffing, gravy and a role. There was desert and for appetizer a crab cake (the crab cake wasn't bad for a frozen food). There was no need to go anywhere else for lunch. For the wino's, the wine selection is very impressive. read more

Terrible membership experience. Are the cashiers receiving incentives for finding the small issues with a member, then forcing them to purchase a new membership? In my business, I have been using my Complimentary Plus card without incident for my people for two years. Then one day they confiscate the card and force us buy a new membership! So, now we have paid for two memberships. And meanwhile, my complimentary card is still active on the first membership that I purchased. However, we cannot use it because it was inappropriately confiscated for what seems like a membership drive that looks suspiciously like a scam of Sam's internal incentive system. read more

I drove 25 miles to buy an Iphone 11. The person at the Kiosk was not much help. I went home and tried to order online. It did not work either. The employees at this location are always extremely nice and helpful. I noticed a couple bad reviews where people complained about showing their membership card and having one taken and unorganized. I love this store but Me and my neighbor came in yesterday to do my monthly grocery shopping and there was 2 young black men @ the tv sales dept posing as direct tv sales people. Looked like they were not out of high school. They were using the tv as a prop and a special sams was running on a 200$ gift card they said for 1st time order. They did not look like they new much about direct tv but I thought it was lagite and they were new so I gave them my personal info and mastercard #. Please people be aware of scams like this. When I got home I called direct and they had no service aggrement for me or installation date. I wanted to let Sams club know also they have people posted in a near buy dept i front of their store doing their customers this way. read more

We usually go to this one because the People are nicer than Johnson City. However this doesn't mean they are smarter. If you ever need the membership desk or customer service be prepare to wait a while. Once you get there be prepared for the person not to have a clue. I returned $40 worth of stuff and the guy asked me if I wanted him to put it on my SAMS acct and I said "as long as I can use it today" to which he replied "It will be there before you check out" so we went shopping and not surprising when we checked out the card declined and we had to go to the CS desk. Where another guy said " if you had the receipts he should have gave you cash. It takes a couple days for a return to credit to the acct." So embarrassingly I had to bum money from my mother in law and 2 days later it is still not there as it is 3 business days, this happened on Saturday today is Monday and by chance some BS Federal Holiday. So here I am laid off I have a check but banks are closed and my money from Sams wont show until Thursday at the earliest. Don't get me wrong it is worth it to shop there but deal in cash only and try not to get yourself into a situation where you need Customer service. read more
