These guys were absolutely amazing! We were on our way home to Maryland from camping when we started having trouble with a flat tire. They were already extremely busy, but they still managed to squeeze our RV in and get the valve stem repaired. We truly appreciate them taking the time to help us when we were in a bind. On our way to our annual trip to Florida, on 1/31/26, when we got the biggest snowstorm in at least 8 years around these parts. We had a blow-out as we crossed into TN from VA on Route 81 S. AAA was useless, as there were so many accidents and cars & semi-trucks were off the road on both sides of the interstate. Luckily the TN Highway patrol changed out tire to the mickey-mouse spare, and we made it back to Discount Tire. They had the exact tire in inventory and got us on our way within a half hour. Where do I even begin! Jacob at this location is AMAZING I blew my tire while on a long road trip 135 miles out from my destination. Being alone and not from the area I was stressed but Jacob made me feel at ease with my tire change process and provided me with a loaner tire in a suitable size supplement after finding that my original tire brand and size was not available. He went above and beyond with even making sure the closest discount tire near my destination had my tire available that way it was a quick change when I got there. All while juggling multiple customers, phone calls, and my crazy story he got to know me and made me feel welcome and comfortable after a stressful situation. Went in for a nail in my tire and they quoted me a time and while about 2 hours out that was understandable because it was very busy. Went to Lowe's and got a couple things. Their system kept me updated and everything was done within the time frame quoted. I will be going back as long as I live here! read more

Stoped by when tire shopping. I had done my homework on tire rack .com and just found out they were affiliated. So I thought I would give them a chance to beat tir racks price while making a markup for them selves. What I wasn't expecting were their push sales techniques. I was talking with an associate and he asked a manager if they could do a better deal. Then he butted in and said that was the best they could do and even said the rebated ended tomorrow. Wanted me to leave a deposit while I thought about it and hd would hold that price. I had already printed the rebate at home and knew the rebate was good thru the end of the month. I noticed while I was there they seamed to also be taking advantage of some young girls with a flat Telling them a new tire for their vehicle was $1100 I think I heard. Must have been a run flat high performance I thought. But didn't offer them anytime any cheaper. I hope the girls called a trusted family member that steered them away from that place read more

Customer service was great, two tires and rotation plus pressure sensors were installed quickly. I got a small discount on the two tires as they didn't have the ones I wanted. A couple issues were that I did not know I was paying for certificates on the tires as it was not mentioned and my hubcaps were installed wrong on the driver side and a impact was used on all of the plastic lug nuts stripping a majority of them to where they won't completely tighten and left marks on the caps which is easily preventable. My, my, what a first impression! I was able to make an appointment online the night before, and when I pulled up, they were ready to greet me, by name. Both the store area and the service area were impressively SPOTLESS, an atmosphere enhanced by the smell of new rubber. My problem was a screw in one of my tires, a tire I had not bought from them. They repaired and balanced the tire and had me out the door in 20 minutes . . . FOR FREE! Wow. When I need to buy tires, this is where I'm going!!! read more

We are full time travelers, currently hauling an RV from Maine to Texas. We ordered tires and scheduled an appointment according to our travel plans through Bristol. We were ahead of schedule when the day came and thought we'd call to see if they might squeeze us in a day early. No hesitation at all! My family were traveling from Texas and noticed a bubble on one of the tires. I called ahead to see if they had my tires in stock only to find they did not. Bailey said "no problem let me see if we can get them here today". Bailey placed me on a short hold and came back and said he had already put me in line for servicing. I this wasn't Johnny on the spot service I dont know what is..but wait there is more..when we arrived the tires arrived a short time after where they brought my car in only to find the tires had some poor wear . Bobby did what he could to get us on the road at a very reasonable cost. I say enough good about this place. HORRIBLE COMPANY -- I had a tire that I bought from Discount Tires - Bristol, Va. and it had a nail in it and needed a patch. They REFUSED to patch it and the ONLY option they offer was to SELL me TWO NEW tires. I bought my tires from them and it had road hazard protection that was suppose to have been covered by Discount Tires - Bristol, Va. I will NEVER buy tires from them again and would not recommend them. I went to another tire company down the road and they patched my tire and said it should be fine. Of course I had to pay for the patch which Discount Tire SHOULD HAVE be responsible for. read more

Have 10 ply tire and came to get a flat repaired They refused to put 80 psi in the tire even with the tire being rated for it. So I now have taken it to a more reliable place for the repair.
