Im a new member here ( 3 times i have gone to Sam's club) first time i was shown how to do the ringing up . Second time I went ,I used the scan and go. I put all my information and my credit card info onto their system . A week later (Saturday) I get a notification that someone in Florida was on my Sam Club online account and tried to order a gaming computer worth 999.00 to my capital one card. Today(Sunday) I went there to inform them of what has happened and what to do about my card . The manger was helpful .but informed me this has been happening alot in the recent months. I have canceled all my credit cards and having them replaced . I have Changed my passwords and email passwords. This is very much a inconvenient to the customer's who have to spend their time on the phonetic dispute it . Cancel and reset everything . They have no real proof this will not happen again . I called Sam's club number the manger gave me to remove my credit card ( which is no good anymore) that is on file thru their app. I was told I could not remove the card until I put another card on file . This is unacceptable! Every grocery delivery option I have ever used has at least put my items in a box or bag, NEVER not one time have I ever had someone leave items out like this!!! I have tried to call customer service to ask for a manager and all 3 times I have been put on hold and forgotten about. Employees look upset that they have a job. Lots of scowls and attitude on their faces. Café scan and go line was close because they "had no register". That's the point of the line. You pay on your phone, you order on your phone, and you skip the line with the register and people ordering. She told me I had to go to the back of a 15 person line, and I laughed. Manager was zero help and looked annoyed he might have to manage his lazy employee, but bard on his attitude I just asked for a refund, which the customer service counter tried to short me on, by only refunding 1/3 if the total. They too looked annoyed to talk to me because I was interrupting a deep gossip session. Just... terrible people working here. Some are nice, there is always a spread, but where most places are majority nice with a couple bad eggs. This store is mostly bad eggs. read more

Clarksville sams club is the worst! sams used to be amazing store! quality and great prices kept us at Sams for decades. however, it has slidden down hill both with items and service. they now make you go through a cashier to order things from the cafe. so you have to wait in long lines. then the cashier we had today charged twice for one item and not another item. the double charged items was more expensive so I guess I should be happy the caught the mistake at the door...if it had not taken so long with the line past the cafe. the. we had to go wait in another line to get it taken care of where the cashier there couldn't figure out what the price was ringing up wrong...then we finally get it taken care of just to be told you have to go back through the long line to get our again!!! now that our pizza from the cafe is no longer made fresh but pulled out of a hot box so it was old to ebgin with....now it was totally cold as we wait for the long line to get out again! Just moved back to Clarksville and got a Sam's club membership. The best thing is that I got it for free! You go online and fill out an application and pay the $45 fee. Then show the customer service gal your number and she will give you a membership card. The next time you go in and make a purchase $45 will be deducted from your bill. Now that's what I call a good deal. This location has everything you could possibly need grocery wise. I wish they had a few more healthy items. I did find almond flour, avocado and coconut oil so that's a start. I also picked up a rotisserie chicken for under $5. It was juicy and cooked through, very tasty. On my way out I ordered a berry sundae. That was the highlight of my shopping trip. Hahaha Good to be back. read more

I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here. read more

I've been coming to this location for approximately 5 years now and a Sam's Club member for 12 years, across 3 different states, up until recently I loved the customer service at Sam's Club. I've always purchased the large tubes of 90/10 hamburger and I've always asked the people in the meat department to please cut the meat into patties for me and no one has ever had an issue doing this until recently. Today, I respectfully asked Donald in the meat department if he would please cut the meat for me and he immediately refused and stated that he has never heard of that and he's never done that since starting 6 months ago. When I explained that they've done it for me before and never had a problem doing it he stated "well there's going to be a problem with it today". He lacked any type of customer service skills and this is something that they have been doing for 12 years in multiple locations across several states. I could understand if he had explained that they had a recent policy change or any other type of reasonable explanation but to speak to a customer like that is unacceptable. What has happened to customer service? Companies speak to people like this and then wonder why they're losing customers. If I can't get my normal items from Sam's Club then why pay for the membership? I'm literally paying you to shop at your store, the least you can do show me a little customer service. read more

I really like Sam's as I can get a lot of bulk items that last me a long time. I usually stock up on meats for the freezer since they are of better quality and price than the grocery store. having a food saver makes buying it in bulk a lot easier. the clothes are decent and you can get a nice swimsuit for around 20-25$ during the warm seasons. I love the bacon selections, thick cut and the pecan smoke is my favorite. read more

You can save money on some items. Sometimes you pay more. Paying for a membership is criminal because there goes all your savings out the window. It likely cost you more just being a member. The tire and auto is the best place to save some money, but between Sam's and the Walmart tire centers, their prices are all over the map, Zero consistency. One store has tire brands at budget price and the other at a premium tire price for exact tire. No checks & balance. I understand they are 2 separate businesses but as an investor, I see at as ridiculous that our consumers have to verify prices and cross check for corporate. Our local wholesale store provides discounts on bulk items and typically will save you money (and time). The best deals are their brands or sales with instant savings deals. You can look online, but you won't always find the same deals in store. Some household items rotate out (& don't come back), so if you see something at a great price - get it while in stock! I went back (after a few weeks) for some storage, stackable boxes (large black with yellow lids) and they didn't carry them in store any more. The seafood section was unusually bare this day. (That's why I took one star away.) They have good prices on their seafood and meats. The selection of organic fruit and vegetables is growing- which I love. My husband says they have the best rotisserie chicken (& least expensive), so we often pick one up to take home for our next meal if the day (& yummy leftovers the next day)! You have to join and be a member in order the shop here as with most wholesale places. I would say that you need to really shop often to get your money's worth for paying yearly to be a member. Small families might not see a big savings, but a larger family definitely would find value in joining. Luckily, we get our membership from Santa every year! read more

I purchased a new set of tires on 3/20/24 with an appointment scheduled for today 3/27/24 at 6:00 PM. So I'm here and they're looking at me like I'm an idiot, saying I have no appointment. This is a review for sams club cafe. I went today and ordered to go. Crystal helped me, prepared my order, and went to help other guests. She helped a guest who paid with cash, and Crystal didn't change her gloves or wash her hands afterward and went on to help so many others and touched their food after dealing with CASH and NOT changing gloves or washing hands. When she got my food out the oven, she touched it with the same gloves she had on probably her whole shift. When I asked her for a new pizza, she gave me attitude saying she didn't touch my order even though I saw her touch the crusts getting it off the pizza screen. She changed her gloves and put my new order in the oven. She went back to helping customers and AGAIN took cash and kept helping guests with the same gloves. Another employee, Oliver, was on top of it. They changed gloves often and I saw them wash their hands. They were very nice and apologized for Crystal even though they didn't have to. Oliver was amazing. They got my pizza out the oven with ease, and didn't have to touch the food to get it off the screen. The pizza was okay. read more

My parents ordered a sheet set for Boo and since Costco did not have the size needed they went with Sam's Club. The size we needed was not sent. I contacted them and informed of the mistake, the customer care person apologized and stated they would send my parents a refund and we do not need to return the sheets. That in fact we can donate them. Awesome, thank you very much! Then a few days later my parents got the refund they ordered the set again and fedex dropped it off. The fedex guy asked me if we had anything to return and I stated no. The following Monday I received a text from Fedex guy saying hey are you all returning anything back to Sams. I told him no, he explained that he had three return labels for the same item. I contacted Sam's and explained the situation with a supervisor and he stated no you don't have to return it and we are okay. Today my mom sends me a copy of an email from Sam's saying return the item. I contacted them again and saying what is it? Do we return it or not? After waiting on the phone for 50 minutes she comes back and says you don't have to return it. Of course I ask are you sure she said yes! I said okay and she gives me a reference number. I told her I want an email saying I don't have to return it. She states that she can't. I asked her why not? She stated that she is unable to. I told her fine send me a box and a shipping label. You are trying to make my parents pay for something that I can't use and figure I will give up on calling. If you all wanted them back in the first place just say that. All I know is that Costco tells you directly what they need and don't jerk there customers around. You all need to take a lesson from them. Send me a box because if you don't I will not send them back. I am not paying for anything that is the companies mistake. Looking at the emails they sent an email response to my parents and it was directed to someone else. So they really don't know what they are doing. Sam's club tire center was awesome. After really getting screwed over by Wyatt Johnson Hyundai and their service department not giving me back my lock lug nut remover a week ago for my Palisade, Sam's was very patient and allowed me to leave my appointment and come back for my tire install. They said they would wait as long as needed. Instead of WJH bringing me the lock nut needed, they made me leave my set appointment and hopefully they would find one. Price wise Sam's had tire prices that were over $250 cheaper installed even though Wyatt Johnson Hyundai had buy 3 tires-get one for a dollar. Jacked up prices at WJH. Sam's is the way to go for getting 4 tires. Thanks Sam's for your patience and professionalism. read more

Slightly bummed at the size and smaller selection that I've been used to in Alaska. However, they do carry majority of the items I need monthly, saving on bills considerably. They have small selections of most categories you'd expect to find here. The staff has been mostly friendly, in my experience. Plenty of self-check out lanes. There is always fun music playing from a speaker directly next to the check out stands, and you can typically find at least one staff member or shopper singing or dancing. The "Cafe" area is your typical Sam's club Cafe. The workers behind the counter have always been very kind, friendly, and helpful. One of the few times I've taken my kids here to eat in the middle of a shopping trip, and my oldest dropped his hotdog on the ground. Without missing a beat, the young woman gave us a brand new one. My pregnancy hormones wanted to cry, lol! So sweet of her. I'm thankful that Sam's didn't close down in Clarksville! read more

I have been a member of the Sam's Club for over 30 years and have never seen a facility that has as many issues with the cafeteria than this club. Over the past 10 months this store has had difficulty with providing lids and straws for the drinks. One would think that since the cup size is not changing that they would have an abundant supply of lids and straws. During that same period they would run out of pretzels and the Icee and ice cream machines would be broken. During the Fall the soda fountain machines were not working for over 9 weeks. I spoke to a few of the employees who work in the cafeteria as well as a manager. All of them stated that there was an issue with Pepsi and another vendor. Do you believe that any other fast food facility would allow that to happen? I contacted that corporate office and explained the issue. They were very slow to answer any of the emails. Instead of looking into the issue here is their reply: "Since you confirmed the issue with our associates and our club manager, we'll definitely have this discussed with them but in order to have an impact, can you provide below details we need? 1. Last 9 digit membership numbers (You can see it at the back of your membership card). 2. Email address associated with your Sam's Club account. 3. Phone number associated with your Sam's Club account. 4. Your registered first and last name in Sam's Club account. 5. Best time to call you." How does providing this information fix the problem? The soda fountain machines were finally fixed only to malfunction again. This time they have been broken for the past three weeks. I cannot wait for COSTCO to come to town. read more

Put in a pickup order and it was due to be ready for pickup at 7 PM yesterday. Went today and it still showed up as not ready for pickup. Spoke to an associate and she said that someone was getting ready to bring it out. I went back to my parking spot and after 10-15 mins it was not being brought out. I spoke with another associate and she went to check up on it. She let me know that they only had one person working on pick up orders last night but that they had just finished with my order "3 mins ago." She brought it out to me shortly thereafter. While they did not finish my order on time, the associates were attentive to my needs and addressed it. While I was under the impression they were done with my order the first time, they took the time to listen and got my order together and out to my vehicle. But I did wait about 20-25 minutes, which was the only issue. I hope that this isn't the norm at this location. Thankful for the associates that helped me! read more

I just left the sam's club near ft. Campbell, ky and I have never been treated to rudely. My family and I just got stationed here and we're looking into possibly starting a membership. When we got to the door, the "greeter" or whatever their title is, without even looking at us told us that if we wanted a cart we would have to just go find one. We told her we were there to possibly start a new membership and wanted to see the store. She pointed along the main entrance and told us it was at the end (from her direction it would be by the food court). We thanked her and began following her directions. About 30 feet in this same person began yelling at my pregnant wife as if she were a criminal trying to steal something. She told us that we lied and said we only wanted a membership and that we cannot follow directions. Now mind you, as we turned around at the unruly employee, the area we were looking for was not in fact straight back as directed, it was a 60° turn once in the door. Very different from the straight back that we were told. When my wife explained to her that we were only following her directions she began to barrade my wife, raise her voice and told us to leave, that she didn't want our business. Now I don't know if this is the level of professional conduct Sam's club allows, I do know however that the words that came out of that employees mouth would have had her fired pre COVID. Needless to say we left and cannot imagine paying for the right to shop in a place that allows their employees to behave in such a rude manner. I asked for the manager and was simply told, "your momma". I hope someone at this store sees this and corrects this, not for me but I am tired of seeing businesses close due to horrid customer service. read more

I like shopping Sams but I hate that they only have 1 or 2 actual registers open and then 2 to 3 self check out. This is crazy , that many registers and no cashiers! They also either need more than 1 looking at carts /checking receipts or someone quicker than the last two times we've been. First at foremost hate to leave a negative review. Came in to grab lunch real quick and that was it. Lunch was GREAT Five Stars. Customer Service at the food court was 5 Stars as well. The young lady Tyquan was polite and professional. HOWEVER!!! When I walked in, I showed my card to the nice employee and asked if I could walk directly to the food court. The employee said yes and I continued on my way. When I passed the Employee who was checking people's receipts when I leave I felt as if I was being verbally assaulted. As if I had done something truly wrong. Yelling and yelling "SIR SIR SIR". I expressed I was going to the food court and I had already asked another employee if this was ok. STILL just yelled and yelled and was the definition of disrespectful. The employee that was so rude was named Linda. Literally in the 30 plus years of coming to Sams Club this is the worst experience I have ever had. It's upsetting that this will send my business to Costco from the Disrespectful attitude. I have been a member for many years and as of today I am seriously considering cancelling said membership. I spent over $300 today and probably would have spent more had I been able to browse. They have a boom box playing hip hop and rap music so loud it resonates through half of the store. It is located near the check out area. This is a regular occurence at this store! I had such a headache and was in such a bad mood that I was tempted to leave my very full cart and walk out. We have previously requested the volume be reduced but to no avail. We have asked for the manager but he is never available. I have yet to figure out the necessity for such loud music. So if you want to be able to shop (and THINK about what you need,etc.) DON'T go there. read more

I have been a Sam's Club business card holder for almost 20 years. I like the club (obviously I keep renewing), it meets my needs. The low score is due to the produce department. As with all fresh products the produce should be rotated properly with the freshest being in the back or bottom. Many times I find that the top has the latest date. I also find produce that is outdated or molding on the shelf. I try to take it off shelf or make an employee aware. There have been many times that I take produce home and it spoils within days. I can understand the difficulty of managing this type of product do to the volumes that are being sold. That being said, would it be possible to assign more more employees to oversee this area? read more

This is probably the nicest Sam's Club I've been in! We purchased a Groupon for a membership and headed there on Sunday 11/8/15 to get our membership cards and check the place out. The process was quick and easy. The aisles are wide and clean from clutter. The shelves were stocked and the employees we encountered were friendly. For a Sunday, it wasn't overly packed and thus a stress free/pleasant shopping experience. I hate the sales tax in TN and wish there was a Sam's close to Hopkinsville in KY. Big purchases will be made in Paducah or Bowling Green- hopefully, those stores are as nice... I like that they accept credit cards unlike their competitor but I wish they offered more samples. read more

Stopped by for gas on our way to Georgia. This Sam's Club had the cheapest gas in the area by 10¢! There were a couple of employees by the gas pumps trying to get us signed up for the discover/Sam's card (which we already have) and they were also giving out free cold bottles of water to anyone who wanted it. Nice! We went inside to buy some ice and snacks for the road. I really liked the way the aisles are set up in this Sam's Club as opposed to our local one. Everything was right where you would expect to find it as far as necessities and travel items go. Convenient to those who just want to run in and grab something really quick. I know the Sam's Clubs in Nashville, and this is definitely better. People are friendlier, they're more efficient, and they generally speak English, so they understand you when you talk to them. The place is clean, too. My issues with a couple Nashville Sam's is that they seem dirty or grimy. I don't like that, and this place doesn't have that feel. My main issue is the parking lot layout. Difficult to navigate under the best of circumstances. Still I like this place, and when I'm in Clarksville, I'll be visiting again. read more

Recently got my membership & what a great choice that was. They have some many things are great prices. I go at least once a week & sometimes take friends in which they love it too. The staff there are polite & really knowledgeable. If you haven't tried the pizza here you are missing out. I always get the pepperoni with chili peppers.
