Well, we settled back down and scheduled a repair Monday. Talked with them early and they said they'd be there early. Exactly like they said they were there, pulled the wheel, fixed the problem, insured it was fixed, reinstalled, and checked the other 7 tires on our unit. Even though they were all booked with other jobs they squeezed me in and replaced the tire and added two other needed tires. This all costs less than what a different place quoted me for replacing just one tire. They also recommended I have the tires "torqued" after 50 miles. So I stopped by on my way back from my trip and they had the tires "torqued" in just a few minutes at no extra cost.

Seemed like a lot of things were unnecessary. Unfortunately less than a week later my car still wouldn't start leaving me unable to go to work. What exactly was the money I paid for? All I asked was to make my car go from point A to point B. Unfortunately I brought it back and still had to pay for the parts that were actually wrong. They admitted that they didn't test the proper electrical things the original time. Extremely upset that I paid for things that were not absolutely necessary. I never wanted to pay $1000 that I didn't have, but I needed to go to work. Be careful with these people if you do not know a lot about cars and are in a predicament I later had faith in them and brought my car back to have this insane popping noise looked at. They told me it was nothing and that they cut a piece of plastic off my car that was hanging. I later got an oil change at a BASIC oil change place. Within 5 minutes they noticed that a sway bar link was broken. Wondering why they weren't able to see that, because they called me a few times wondering what sound I even heard. I have to wonder if they played me or if they really are just that clueless.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and it's great they are open until 5pm unlike most other car…read moreshops. Be warned though. If you don't make your appointment online or over the phone a few days before the weekend, you may be out of luck since they're pretty booked by the weekend. Full synthetic oil change took less than 1 hour and they were flexible with my appt since I called and said I would be an hour late to my appt. Total came to around $70 for a full synthetic oil/filter change but they also have coupons online and in their flyers for $10 off which made this one of the cheapest and quickest places to get a job like that done. The waiting room was comfortable, free wifi, and free drinks (coffee, water, tea) for people to enjoy in there. All in all, a good experience and price that is hard to bear for any of your car needs!
