Was told the tire not repairable. The next tire center down the street did repair it. Self inspected tire confirmed good treads top, outside and inner. I don't recommend this location for flat tire repair.

Everything except someone to help you.

If you're just shopping in and don't need assistance, thisis a great place! Just don't expect to get help in all the departments. It won't happen.

What the cake should have looked like.

This review is for the bakery. I ordered a full sheet cake in advance for a work event. I asked for a design straight out of the Sam's Cake Book. The order was nothing abnormal or difficult. Plain white cake, buttercream icing, and the same design in the book. I had someone picking it up who knew what the cake SHOULD look like because I shared a picture of the design. The cake was ordered 3 days before pick up so there was plenty of time to make sure the cake looked nice. When the cake was picked up, it looked like it was decorated 30 minutes beforehand. It was missing details and had a huge split down the middle of the cake where they joined two half sheet cakes. It did not have the flowers on it that were in the book. It looked tacky. When my coworker pointed this out, there was no apology or any attempt to make it right. No discount of any sort was offered despite the complaints of how the cake looked. The cake tasted okay but the icing was gritty. Very disappointed at the lack of care and attention given and will not do business at this bakery again for any special event. I will not recommend to anyone.

Waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got up to the window the woman pulled down the shade and told me they were closing for lunch since it was 1:30. First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left. I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number. I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.

My doctors have had to repeatedly call them with scripts for which they say they did not receive. I put in for refills days before I am out and they will still have me go days without medication before having it ready. Inexcusable for an organ transplant recipient patient! I don't know if the problem lies with management or what, but I know of a number of clients switching pharmacies because of their poor practices.

She took the time to show us how to use the CVS app, explained the available deals, and even encouraged us to sign up for the monthly membership to maximize our savings. Because of her assistance, we had a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, our experience during our most recent visit was completely different. While using the self-checkout for one of our transactions, Leonora suddenly shut down the register and directed us to a staffed checkout lane. We had chosen self-checkout specifically so we wouldn't hold up a cashier while completing multiple coupon transactions. When we moved to the register, Sabrina, the cashier, appeared irritated and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. After completing one transaction, she instructed us to get back in line for our remaining purchases so she could help other customers. As she called the next customer forward, she loudly announced, "They're couponing," which made us feel embarrassed and singled out, as though we were doing something wrong. Leonora eventually took over the transaction again, but by that point we already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. We still needed the items, so we completed our purchases, but the entire experience left us feeling harassed and judged for simply using the coupons and promotions that CVS advertises and encourages customers to use. I don't believe customers should be treated differently for taking advantage of store deals. Coupons are offered to help people save money, and no one should be made to feel like they're doing something wrong by using them. What made this experience even more disappointing was that Leonora had previously been so helpful and supportive when teaching us how the program worked. We even signed up for the paid membership based on her recommendation. I hope management addresses this situation and reminds employees that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how they choose to shop or save money. Customer service is a very important to me.

I'm sorry to say that the quality of service at this Walgreens is even worse than before. I've been to many, many pharmacies in the past few years, and the apathy and indifference at this place has exceeded my wildest nightmares. For example, they are routinely out of stock for many common medications. The latest policy seems to be to fill just a few day's worth of meds, forcing you to return in less than a week to try to get the remainder of the Rx. If you are silly enough to try using the Walgreens app to see if the scrip is ready, it will likely say (for several DAYS in a row) that it is "in process". Mistake #2 would be to try to phone the pharmacy to check on its status. You will wade through a lengthy phone tree to ultimately be told that there are "X" number of callers ahead of you, followed by intermittent renditions of 1970's-style elevator music. I once waited on this phone torture test for 35 minutes, before I threw in the towel. During this time, I foolishly thought that I would actually get to speak with a live person, since the dumb recording said that THERE WAS ONE CALLER AHEAD OF ME! I seriously doubt the pharmacy was talking to only one person for 35 minutes... but I guess it could be true. I decided to go to the pharmacy in person, hoping I could get someone to fill my Rx. I decided to return to the pharmacy on the day AFTER the pharmacist said my scrip would be ready. HA!!! The joke's on me! After waiting in the L-O-N-G line inside the store for 35 minutes (12 people in line ahead of me), I was told by the indifferent pharmacy tech that my one scrip was not ready, and it would be 45 minutes to an hour before it was. I said I would wait. My concerns grew when I heard the same tech tell several other people the same thing: up to an hour wait for each person. So... in about an hour we would likely see a flurry of activity! I could go on forever, but you get the idea. The customer "no-service" sucks here. If I could give it NEGATIVE 5 STARS, I would.
