    SCAAAAAARY!!!! NOBODY ENFORCES THE CDC GUIDELINES IN THIS STORE. I came in and just shocked and abhorred by what I saw. Customers walking around with their noses hanging out of their masks potentially infecting my indoor space area. Some staff members even have their masks under their chinni-chin-chin as well. DISGUSTING!!! No one enforcing the 6 feet rule as well, even though there's stickers on the floor,,, people with American flag masks still come up within my 6 feet of separation. I know the employees see it. None cares to even tell them to please "Maintain Social Distancing." I took a snap at the Yelp Page where it says Social Distancing enforced. Circled it in red so you can see. NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. My anxiety it going through the roof waiting in line to get my membership. I would not prefer to shop here. If you have family members who are at VERY HIGH RISK of dying from covid, please have some sense to save them and not shop here. God said I would go to hell if I lied. So here's the honest truth. Lady 3 rows back from me is coughing her lungs out too while having her nose hanging out of her mask. This place is a zoo and a nightmare. Definitely on the avoid list.

    Where do we file handicapped parking violations? This person cut me off as I attempted to park (I'm actually an Amputee). No tag. No placard. Nothing. Sat in her car shouting at someone until another able bodied person came out of Sam's club and got into the car. This is at Sam's Club. Handicapped spaces were routinely occupied but able bodied people AND the mobile shopping carts occupied by obese people and/or lazy, unruly children. This store is like WalMart on steroids and in serious need of competent management. I thought the Americans with Disabilities Act was supposed to prevent this!!! I have half a mind to cancel my membership and demand a refund

    I have to say that I am very disappointed that I didn't sign up for Sam's club years ago! I have been told about all kinds of offers to Join, but I dropped the ball. I got a coupon from sams club in the value pack that gave me credit for the membership. So I am like yeah, I am down. I feel like the discount on gas will pay for itself. Not to mention I like buying in bulk so this will be very convenient. I have to say that I learned today that you could get your stuff and then check it out on your phone. That is a game-changer. This is pretty sick. I will be there all the time!

    They totally rocked my daughter's birthday cake and cupcakes! I was so impressed that the name was printed onto the cake because I thought they were going to add the message in piping. The cake was a big size for being the smallest size available! We were eating on that cake for a week! The buttercream and whipping frosting were both yummy! I thought that my description wasn't that great, but the people in the bakery executed exactly what I had in mind. They were very kind and made it so easy to order! Even better, if you have the app, you can do self scan for your items as you shop and pay through the app! No more waiting in ridiculously long lines! Such a time saver!

    I only came in for one thing.....ugh..... But so many good deals LOL

    I am a fan of this location but a few things to warn others about. Their location is a prime spot off of John R because of this it is always busy, so you might have to park a bit farther away but that is not the stores fault. They do have a huge parking lot which is nice. Aisles are always well stocked and the cashiers are friendly. Weekends can be a madhouse because of the customers that wait around the sample tables like they have never eaten before. I admit I will take a sample if something looks good, but last time I went there I saw a guy take 6 of the same sample OMG. They have some great private labels spirits and I recommend the spiced rum and vodka. Thumbs up !!!

    The staff is rude and unhelpful. They'll put you on hold for 20 minutes multiple times where you are forced to hang up and try again.

They looked up the price and it would cost $169. Before they purchased it from the dealership, they asked if we approved of that cost. We said ok based on that price. When we got finalized invoice the part that they said was $169 was being charged to us for $273. That is an approx 61% markup. Which is outside of a reasonable range, and was not communicated when we were ordering the part. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes to replace the motor and cost $169.99 for labor. Total invoice was $460. This is over the average cost I researched online by $100. Not sure this is a reasonable place to get your car repaired. Make sure you document the prices you discuss. If you are too trusting, it will backfire.

Unfortunately, on a Sunday morning there are not a lot of choices to choose from...then I googled closest mechanic near me and this place popped up. I called ahead and was quickly greeted by a nice guy who told me to bring my car in and the team will take a look at it. I slowly drove over to the mechanic shop and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shop was AND the professionalism of the staff. The gentlemen working the front desk was very nice and made me feel really comfortable. I ended up getting more air in all of my tires by another super nice gentlemen who was happy to help me. They checked all four of my tires to ensure I was ready for the road. It's safe to say, I truly appreciated that they were not only open on a Sunday when everyone else was closed but how fast, efficient, and KIND every person was. What I loved most was the fact no one tried to sell me on anything and the staff seemed to really care about me - the customer. For this alone, I definitely can see the value of of coming when my car needs additional service. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area and in need of an excellent team to take care of your vehicle.

I came to this business to get a slow leak fixed. They proceeded to try and sell me two new tires instead of just fixing the slow leak. I told them I didn't want to buy two new tires today; especially since they were pricing them over and above what was being offered on the Goodyear site for the same tires. I asked them why that was. They came some bs excuse that the price online wasn't including the labor or the road protection plan. REALLY! I wonder if they would have pulled the same crap, if I was a guy!! I thanked them for their time. They said they understood and would fill the tire before giving me the keys back. Well, guess what they didn't even put air in the tire. This is the car that my 18 yr old daughter drives to get her back and forth to school. Real class act they are, not!! I definitely will not be spending my money there. I was able to get the tire fixed at Costco. I will be buying the tires from a business that isn't trying to cheat or lie to me and offers excellent customer service.

    I have had 2 of my vehicles here the past few months and each time everyone is so nice and helpful…read more December 2021 - had to get a new tire on my truck. The tire had to be ordered so I drove on the spare. I wasn't sure if it had enough air in it and Marcus made sure it was good for me to drive on. Also, the tire was less than I originally thought it was going to be when I picked it up! February 2022 - my son jumped a curb in a snowstorm and had a lot of damage to his car. Randall was very helpful and kept me updated on what needed to be done and tried to get everything after market as possible to keep the price down. In addition, my son had to get some things out of the car the next day and Mike had no issues with him coming in to get the items. The mechanics got everything fixed so that my son has a safe car. February 2022 - brought the car back for the horn. Several things this day: * I gave the key and the remote to Randall separately. When I picked up the car someone had put them together! I don't even think I said thank you - thank you to whoever did this! * When I arrived to get the car, both Randall and Marcus were very busy but both handled things without frustration. * I needed air in one of the tires (not sure if it was low previously) and Randall filled up the tire for me. Not only that but I was having a problem with the radio and he checked to see if this issue was going on when it was brought in and it was. I don't drive the car so I didn't know. I would choose to come back here just because they are always nice and I haven't had any problems. Good customer service goes a long way and is remembered. I've had great customer service from here! I was there by 12:12pm & my car was ready by 4pm. They told me i didn't need the a/c recharge; the hot weather was just bothering the time it took to get cold. They topped it off & they didn't charge me or do it the repair; but apparently i have the new freon, which cost more. Im glad they was honest and didn't waste my time and money
