The staff, Kelli and Nicole, are very welcoming with a smile and a pleasant greeting. Dr. Sidhu's eye exam process and "chairside" manner is very professional, relaxing informative and very thorough. I explained to her my sore neck with my last pair of bifocals and she explained to me what the problem was with that old pair, and how it will not be an issue with my new glasses. When picking out frames Nicole and Kelli came through with what looked good and with what didn't, and with what frames would be best suited to eliminate the sore neck issue the good doctor addressed. They were meticulous about noting where the bifocal would begin its transition, thereby eliminating the need to tilt my head up to read anything. I was impressed, they cared. I just picked up my two pair and the "exit care", as I'll call it, was fantastic. Kelli noted that the glasses needed an adjustment because they looked odd on my face. The problem was solved. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was on the phone with a customer, after she got off the phone she then helped another customer who came in after me. Even after we were finally acknowledged and told to sit, she helped yet another person who arrived later. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were told they couldn't fix the glasses because we didn't buy them there unless we get a new prescription with them. I've had minor fixes done at other eyeglass places for a fee, so I wasn't expecting anything free, just help in an urgent situation. Unfortunately, the lack of customer priority and unwillingness to assist means I won't be returning nor recommend this location.

It was the first sign of things to come when the customer before me left with an issue unresolved and saying "that's just bad business." Then it was my turn. As my credit card was being run, the person servicing my lenses announced a break and I was told it would be a two-hour wait, even though I had called ahead and was told the best time to arrive. I will leave out the mean details but I was insulted for letting them know I made a special effort to be there and this was unacceptable and demanded a refund (which was refused). So this is when I told them I needed a moment to stop and pray (first time I had to do that in a public space to keep my cool). Well prayer works. I felt calmer and led to call a sister office, where my order originated, and someone there intervened and was able to communicate via phone past the communication breakdown we were having on site at the other office: I was finally told the 2 hours was a range. It ended up taking less than 30 minutes for the work. This was an unnecessarily stressful situation that could have been prevented with more professionalism, better communication, and kindness.
