I generally like this Sams Club, I have been going here since it Opened. I love the Pharmacy, Optical. Hower recently this store has been Poorly Run. You can never find an employee to help you, some things won't ring up in the Ap or register. The whole thing checking out online is ridiculous. Only a few self check out registers and the Front Customer service is awful. usually only one attendant there. Store employees are rude and not helpful at all. I generally like this Sam's. Affordable like all Sam's, good food everyday staple items. I think it's better than Costco for everyday needs. However today I take away a star for their rudeness today. They were out of power but said their scan and go is working. They wouldn't let me in the dairy to get butter to keep it cool inside with the door closed but they were allowing employees to put return merchandise inside. Does that make sense? My whole day was planned around getting butter from Sam's and their employees can get inside but they won't grab me a butter. The vegetables was open so I know it was not because it was too dark. Everyone had their flashlights on the phone on in veggie area. Then an employee wouldn't let me look at the vegetable tray in the cold areas where they store meats and prepared foods. On 8/10/25 at about 6:29pm I had a very strange interaction at a gas pump with a worker probably in his early 20s. He really scared me with what he said and ended the conversation with saying "the next time you come here I'll make sure your pump is slow". I quickly got in my truck and left because I was frightened and had no idea what that meant. I did not call a worker over and was minding my own business pumping my gas when he came over to talk. I have memberships for both Costco and Sam's, and it is always a never ending game of comparing which one is better. One field where Sam's is killing Costco is on their app, that allows you to pay for gas, products at the store and products on line, saving you A LOT of time by avoiding the huge lines to pay. This club is like others and very busy. Scan and go is the way to go. Unfortunately, my last visit had an act of poor customer service from an associate in clothing. I was looking at shorts and there were only a few sizes stocked. It seems like all they keep on the tables are size 4 and 6 in all the shorts. However, they did have a big box sitting there of the same shorts. We were scolded for wanting the correct size out of the box as it was unopened. A better option would've been, " I'm so sorry we didn't have what you were looking for, here allow me to get these for you!" Instead of "we don't do that." Sam's apparently is doing so well that they don't care if they sell their inventory or not. read more

Overall I love to shop at Sam's but this day the crowd was backed. Up to get inside. I know at times there are several people that are trying to show their membership cards but the process was very slow. This is the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars. These past couple of weeks I've gone I always look forward to the pizza here. But recently the volume of people has been higher and the staff seems to always be behind. Not their fault I believe the staff perform based on their management. And management here needs to do something to accommodate their cafe employees but also the higher volume of people on the weekends. If people are having to wait 40-1hour for a pizza you would think they would implement a second oven to increase the production of pizza. If they get big orders they shut down, I've gone twice where I can't get a slice or a full pizza because someone ordered like 20. That's where a second oven would into play so the people who come to the store and buy also get prioritized. If we pay for a membership for extra perks and we're not receiving those perks why even pay for a membership? read more

Let me first start off by saying that, I had been a faithful, happy, consistent customer to Sam's Club, for almost 6 years now. Before covid, it was a part of my weekly routine, at least twice a week. I would visit the store to purchase items not only for my family of 4, but to grocery shop for my mother who has major health issues. This location has always been my favorite, until a couple of new employees that I noticed (mainly Deborah), literally started coming over to me and watching my every move. I'm telling myself, surely it's not just me. Time after time, I had visited, the same employee, stuck to me like glue. So, I decided to bring my husband with me the next time. My husband is white. The employee is not a problem, when he's with me. Unfortunately, that is not my only concern with Sam's. Evidently, when you purchase things at Sam's Club and decide that you choose not to wait in the 3 registers that are open and do self checkout, after putting your tons of bulk items in your cart, then it's mandatory that you scan your bulk items (of course) and then transfer the huge items to another basket at the register, pay and then wait in a line ( sometimes) long for your receipt to be checked and sometimes triple checked, depending on the color of your skin and which employee's at the door. One more thing, I then have to unload all of the bulk items into my truck. For people like me, small, kids, sometimes not feeling well, grocery shopping for people who can't, your club has not only made me feel like a criminal, but an employee of the store, that's not getting paid. My suggestion to cut back on fraud prevention.. open more cashiers. There is absolutely no reason that I should be harrassed as a loyal customer and to ultimately feel like an unpaid employee, making your customers load and unload big bulk items. I will say that the store is for the most part, clean and the stockers are helpful when I have questions. The greeters, as well as 2 receipt checkers, are able to put a smile on my face. Sam's club, has to do better. Having customers transfer items from one basket to another, is not only a huge inconvenience, but its a safety hazard, as well as free labor. Came to the store to pick up a prescription, checked the times on app and maps to make sure they were open when I came. Unfortunately, the close from 1:30-2:00pm for lunch when only one pharmacist is present (listed in fine print stated by pharmacist on the sign at the pharmacy). Not sure why only one pharmacist is available on Saturday since I've been during the week to see multiple present. Also would be helpful if it were more transparent on the policy. Of course, it didn't stop her from selling wine to the lady in front of me at 1:35pm before turning me away. read more

Marcus Smith, thank you for running this club into the ground. The tire service is Horrible, 3-4 hour wait, three tire techs working on one vehicle while customers time is wasted. I had to take my tire repair to the Sam's in Fort Worth Bryant Irvin because the tire techs at this location lied to me after a 4 hour wait and said nothing was wrong with the tire because them were too lazy to leak check it. The food court food is terrible, pizza is always dry, many times the drink machine is not serviced and drinks are flat. When you visit both Sam's in Fort Worth you will see this review is spot on. I hear really good things about Costco and that's where I headed with my friends and family. read more

This Sam's is brand new and I love it! I used to have a membership with the competitor Costco, but for me it was only because of the location. It is on my way to and from work, so that was mainly the reason. But I tend to favor Sam's more anyways that's who my Mom always had and I like their options of items better. Everyone loves the samples, and that's a given, but I think it does help if I want to buy a product or not especially since everything seems to be about $10 a piece mostly. And the Food Stand area, the hot dogs are good and the cheap soft drinks and pizza, I love it. I love their bakery items they have, cookies, crossiants, pies, all that is so good. And something I always grab is one of the Rotisserie Chickens for $5, steal! read more

This store is great, and they usually have a variety of products, BUT the in store solicitors are sooooo annoying. No one wants to be greeted with a Hey, who do you have for phones, and 10 steps later, Mam, who is your internet/cable provider?? I want to come in and get what I need and not be harassed! The checkers and managers were so rude. Also, when there scales and equipment didn't work, and they had to stall and restart check out on another register they were mean and rough. They were unfair, and hateful. I feel I'll drive further or drop my membership and go to Costco instead. We've been going to Sam's for many years now. The store is clean and well organized. They do keep many items in stock but other seasonal items can be very frustrating. If you find something you need to get it then as it will most likely be gone the next time you are there. This happens on clothes as well. Their men's clothes suffer a similar problem. Pant in sizes such as 32, 34 or 36 waist are only in 29 or 30 length. The same happens with shoes with sizes in 9 - 11 usually missing. The people standing around on weekends trying to sell you stuff does tend to be annoying. This happens more on the weekend with the home services people at the exit being the most tiresome. The staff is polite and do try to help if you ask. It is an Ok Sam's and would recommend it overall. read more

We shop at this location almost weekly. After trying the curb pickup for the second time I won't be using it again, and maybe not returning at all. The first time I used it prior to COVID I had to get out of my car and go in to let someone know I was there for a pickup. This time on my second visit when I got home an item was missing from my order. I called in with all of the details of the order number and item number that I would need to be refunded for the missing item and was told I would have to come into the store for the refund. Now, due to the poor job that someone did fulfilling my order, I have to take more of my time to drive to the store as go in to be refunded my money. This is horrible customer service anytime, but especially during COVID. BTW, when I called the store it took about 5 minutes of letting the phone ring before anyone in customer service even picked up. I don't feel like the special member of a club. So happy, I did. Maribel, in the Bakery Dept., and all the staff there, were very courteous and willing to assist. Maribel went above and beyond in helping me purchase a case of pies. What a bad experience over $2... paper plates had a yellow sign above with $2 off. Went to checkout and came up $15.98 instead of $13.98. Told lady monitoring check out. She called someone for price check. Over 5 minutes latter she says price is $15.98. I told her about sign. I left took merchandise to truck and went back into store to take picture of sign. Well guess what there was no sign at all. Obviously they took it down. Went to member services and lady was very rude said they could do nothing about it. After standing at the register in the service area for fifteen minutes I was eventually met by someone with an attitude of indifference who asked "did you make an appointment" which I've not had to do in the past so, I'm not why it would be assumed I was to do it this time. Again with indifference, I was dismissed and they moved on to the next person. After speaking with management on a later date they cleared thing up.
