food was decent but like always soda mach is ALWAYS BROKEN they NEED to fix it they suck and the employees are HORRIBLE

IDK what is going on with this Sams but they need help. There is always a million carts in the parking lot and not even in the cart holder I mean in parking spots (ok LA quit being lazy). Picked up at pizza at 3 got it home and it was hard as a rock. The sticker said cooked at 11am...so it sat in the warmer for 4hrs and for a pizza thats insane. Their soda machines were broken again (like always). They were out of hot dogs and were telling people 30 min wait. There was a line and no pizzas in the oven. I called and they said I had to bring it in or pictures for a credit- which blows when that was dinner. My son in law applied for a cartjob (hes fresh out of a two tour stint in the military) but got a rejection letter - he would of at least hustled to get carts. We did an order for pick uo two days ago and it was an hour wait past our slotted time. Hello communication if you cant get the order out on time so we dont sit in the hot car. We go here often because its close and there is not a Costco but come on sams get it together and actually hire some employees who want to work and hustle at their job. read more

This review is solely for the food court section and not the store. We came in around 6PM on a Monday (store closes at 8:30) for something to eat on the road. We decided on what the 5 of us wanted, and upon approaching the counter, everything on the menu was out. Four berry sundae? Out. Pretzels? Out. Hot dog. Out. And they only had 3 pieces of pizza!! The only thing they were really selling was potato chips and coke! What a joke!! read more

I love Sam's club, but this one is awful, especially the food court. I showed up at 6:00pm to get a pizza and they were rude to me and complained about me asking for a pizza when they close at 7:00pm. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Sam's club either. They consistently close an hour early and belittle you for coming in an hour before they close for some food. read more

Love this place. Has everything I need. Plus, it has the best meat in Monroe. Got a great price on baby back ribs. My favorite thing to do here when I finish shopping is to grab a few Nathan hotdogs to go too. You can't go wrong. read more

I ordered 20 folding chairs on club pick up on line. Paid on line, got a text my order was ready. Text says to click a link went I arrived and my order would be brought to me. I waited 20 minutes and no order, checked at the desk and was told see another service person, she said they would bring the order up and knew nothing of the text and did not seem concerned I wasted time. About 15 minutes later my chairs arrived on two carts, I signed for them and as the employee was waking away I asked for help loading. She pointed to the receipt checker to ask her. I did, waited another minutes checked back and the checker barked at me " I called them". Not happy finally the help arrived and helped me load. A wasted hour for club pick up. Waiting for a Costco to open here. read more

Georgia is very rude and disrespectful representative . It's always to the African American customers . Always profiling customers based on race and appearance . Georgia acts like it's always a bother to assist or help with questions if it doesn't have anything to do with scanning receipts as customers exit the store . Georgia has no problem harassing African American customers . She always smiles and speaks to non African American customers, but looks as if she has a turd under her nose when an African American approaches .. I was shopping with my 77 year old grandmother... Georgia takes my grandmothers receipt scans it and scans one item in her cart as they usually do when you leave the store . After she hands my grandmother her receipt, my grandmother walks up a few steps so I can provide my receipt for the tissue that was on the bottom of her cart. Georgia yells at my grandmother and tells her to WAIT.. she yells loudly.. a customer lady who was 4th in line behind us asked did she just yell .so you know it had to be loud .. I asked her who was she yelling at .. And why was she yelling .. She never returned me and answer. Instead.. she gets on her walkie talkie and begins to call a manager to advise that we have tissue on our cart and it hasn't been paid for . So, I asked her "why are you assuming that the tissue Hasn't been paid for instead of asking . Do you all have the receipt for the tissue so I can scan it.. or anything that sounded half way professional besides her yelling at my grandmother and assuming we stole some tissue. Again.. as to be expected .. she never returned an answer to my second question. Once I handed her the receipt for the tissue.. she didn't apologize .. nor did the say thank you for shopping .. have a good day.. nothing.. she just stood there and waited for us to walk away .. what an exceptional employees you guys have. NOT!! Very poor attitude and customer service .. and she needs to stop parking in the handicapped parking spaces at the front of the store. those are for paying customers .. the employees have parking spots close to the door you all have to enter the building .. park there and leave those handicapped spots for your customers.. the ones who are the reason you have a job.. but again poor customer service throughout the store . My wife went to Sams yesterday after work to purchase chlorine tabs for the pool and some shock. She recently had surgery and isn't allowed to pick up on anything. She asked the lady at the front if someone could load her items for her and the employee ask for assistance over the intercom. My wife waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. She found another employee and ask if someone could help her and he said you need to find someone in a green vest they have a walkie talkie. He didn't even offer to load it up. WOW! Another customer noticed my wife standing there and offered to load the items for her and he did. Thanks to that guy! Walmart and Sams employees should go to Chick-fil-A and stand around a little bit. They would learn what customer service is all about. read more
