Visited grand parents in Phoenix and the nearest all-around store there was Sam's club. The place looked like those old abandoned gasoline station in horror/thriller movies and they don't have much inside the mall. It was... eh... everything was the same. Not too much choices in the market and not that atmospheric. When I went there, the AC units were not working. Ugh. Then, this guy named Eric, I'm assuming he's a manager, is pretty rude. I simply asked him if the AC units are off or they're not working and he gave me a really mean glare and said: "If they're working fine, we'll turn it on. Is it on?" Like WHOA! What? Another thing is that there's this cashier named Jessica (as seen on her name tag) who took care of my groceries. She threw my items here are there and it took her forever to count the change. I think she was doing it on purpose. I've never been treated so badly in my entire life! Maybe because they think I'm a tourist or something! I'm currently sending email to the corporate office to file a complaint against that 2 employees. read more

The person at exit is a disaster accusing me of not paying my chicken were in my receipt it clearly said I paid for 2 chickens and I tray of chicken breast but in the receipt it said chicken 2 and I guess she did not knew and took my chicken out of my shopping cart and in front of everyone she was saying I did not pay for it and I told her I did she insisting raising the chicken up on display and insisting I didn't pay for it is when I agreed to pay for it again and told her to check on the machines because I did scan it my husband came and told her to pay attention to the receipt and that's when she apologized that ment nothing with the horrible accusation and public exhibition that I did not deserved and she mas making me pay a second time! Worst Sams that I've been in...Unfriendly and rude! Items that I purchased and use every week have been discontinued or replace with their brand! I always have purchased a Business Membership for the only reason to get in at 7 AM Monday thru Saturday! Well, that has gone away because of this Covid issue...but yet if you are a so-called 'First responder" you can get in 1 hour earlier...WTF? Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing my membership! I can get into Fry's and Walmart early and it doesn't cost me a thing for a membership! read more

Sam's Club has its pros and cons. The gas prices are great, and parking is much easier to find compared to Costco. However, the quality of items doesn't quite match up to what Costco offers. That said, I do love the convenience of checking out all my items on my phone--it makes the shopping experience much smoother. The food court is pretty solid as well. Overall, it's a decent option with good prices and a fair selection, but it's a bit far for me, so I don't visit as often. read more

The gas station time from Monday through Saturday from 6 AM to 9 PM is BS because I have a membership card with Sams Club the gas lines should be a 24 hour thing when you have a membership. Sams club gay afffff no point of having a membership if you cant be put gasoline . It should be for 24 hours as an emergency it just overall should just be like a regular store . Got a pretty good deal on a 1 year membership off groupon for $30.00 with a $10.00 e-card. Pretty sweet right? Since i am a member of both clubs, i have noticed that the prices are a tad lower here. Making a list of the things i buy for each, and whomever is lower gets my $. I also love that they take ANY form of payment here, unlike the other place. read more

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would! This place is as terrible as the way they treat their customers. Very rude manager and cashiers, Jennifer and Jessica alike. we love this location. the staff are always smiling and so nice. we are so happy to have this close to us to come to.

I prefer Costco over this joint any day of the week. This is like Walmart and Costco is the Target.
