Each lean on the left side pumps are about four or five cars deep. It's interesting that there's a mobile gas station that is probably less than a football yard away. Gas is $2.90 a gallon. Just topping off for our weekend travels. read more

This store has no customer appreciation! We the customer PAY a membership fee to shop there. The cashiers use to help load your cart because we PAY a membership to support this store. Does the powers of "all" that run this place care about the customer? No! You better bring help when you shop here so that one can watch the price as items are going through and another to load because the cashier will NOT assist no matter that your items are piled sky high and getting smashed at the end of the conveyer Ya... who the hell is in charge there?! Shopped alone for the first time and was super nervous. The staff was beyond friendly, especially Gil who complimented my smile. He didn't even know I was smiling because I was nervous. Along with everyone else, who helped me find things and let me know when specific items would be back in stock. Would also like to note that this location was super clean, and open so no one's really bumping into each other. Getting a membership was worth it too!! I went to Sam's this evening and was treated very very rude and nasty I went to a lane and put my things on the belt at check out and the girl was being very rude and nasty as soon as I went to her lane she scanned my items and when it got to where I had to pay I explained that I had to use different forms of payment she huffed at me and gave me a very nasty look rolled her eyes and said REALLY!!! And just got more and more rude so I paid for my items that I was buying and she said very rude and nasty BYE!!! Then she seen that my husband had some other items that he was paying for she got nasty with him the others working there also seen it he paid and she said BYE to him and she jerked away turned away from him. By the time we walked out I was crying very hard. Now I have NEVER used what I'm going to say what I think as an excuse but I 100% think it's cause we were a gay couple and she had an attitude towards us about it if I could I would get an attorney but I guess it is what it is. Maybe this particular Sam's Club isn't gay friendly but if I were you I wouldn't let Crystal ring you up cause you might just be the next one walking out crying from being treated like poo . read more

This Sam's Club is clean and well stocked. I prefer this location because it is not very busy especially during the week. They have an optical section and also have tires and prescriptions. I also like the deals you can get at Sams it is well worth the membership fee. read more

Picking up a few items for the picnic this weekend. Great price on their tasty potato salad yummy. Produce prices are excellent $1.19 for a package of bananas, and less than two bucks for a couple bags of salad. All done use the Sam's club app checked out. read more

They never have anything in stock . Always the same old stuff. Costco always is fully stocked with ton of new items to try. I wish we had a Costco the sams in Port Huron is awful with the same old boring items. read more

First of all I must say that we LOVE SAMS and we purchase from them across our travels. But I must say that I was upset yesterday when I visited a local SAMS in Port Huron Michigan. Getting upset is not part of my normal profile, but the young man who was running the Lucid Hearing Aid Center, at this location upset me. This past year, I purchased an expensive set of hearing aids from SAMS. This was my second set of hearing aids to be purchased from SAMS. I was so thrilled with my first set, and the SAMS GUARANTEE, that when it came time to purchase a second set, I went directly to SAMS. At the time of my second purchased set, I was assured by the Lucid technician that the Warrantee and the replacement parts guarantee were exactly as I was accustomed to with the first set. So, Imagine my surprise when I had a simple request for them to replace my Hearing Aid drying cup and was told that they are in short supply and that I would need to purchase one from the Lucid web site. In the past they had always replaced them for free on my yearly visits. So they are not in short supply, they have just decided to charge their customers for them. This seems to be a deviation from the warrantee and replacement program of the past. I know it's a small thing, but if you had just spent over $4,000 on a set of hearing aids and were told that the under $10.00 retail cost of a Hearing Aid Drying Cup were no longer available for free, as they were in the past, would you be upset too? I feel like I was lied too and that's my issue. The Lucid Technician, who Sold me the hearing aids either lied to me or was never informed that Lucid would begin charging for them. In either case, I'm upset with Lucid who is partnering across the USA with SAMS. read more

i see they are still running the rebate scam on tires and i was the tire supervisor at sams club when i was there back in 96 and never noticed that the vendor was holding the rebate money for 3 to 6 months and after being made tire supervisor i was making up the signs for the rebate and they had me raise the price only to drop the price 3 weeks later and bells and whistles went off. i went to the manager of the store at the time and he said it was the vendor not sams club doing that and i pointed out it was sams name on the flyer. so they hold onto your money for 3 to 6 months. i warned about a dozen peeps that they are better off waiting till they dropped the price then i quit i wanted no part in that. i'm not sure about the other rebates in there but as sure as your reading this the tires are a big question mark. worked at target also they told me they used to run that same kind of rebate garbage.avoid the rebates like you would a rush concert. read more

I was surprised this actually exists in the small city of Port Huron. It's a big store with lots of selection, including the clothes. There were a few sample tables set up with one woman pushing the chicken pot pie a little too harshly, lol. The clothes section is really good. The food court is convenient and the staff there are friendly. They have a gas bar too. read more

If I only lived in the US. I am a Canadian living in Sarnia. I visit SAMs every time I go shopping in the US. They all ways have the lowest gas prices in Port Huron. There too many savings to mention. I saw how some people don't like having their bags checked when leaving the store here is a good reason. It keeps costs down by stopping shop lifting. read more

I am writing this review to document that I was in the Port Huron location today and there was a German Shepard "service dog" on the store who I heard AT LEAST THREE TIMES very aggressively barking at another service dog in the store. The third episode resulted in at least one man who I believe was the owner being bit. Two people went to the bathroom after this incident so it is possible two people were bit. I spoke to a manager who said that this dog is well known to them and has never had any aggressive incidents before. When I asked if the owner of the "service dog" was going to be contacted and advised that the dog is absolutely not allowed back in the store after today as it was extremely aggressive at least 3 times that I was able to hear on the other side of the store, He stated that it is the company policy to allow and not refuse service to anyone with a dog with a service vest. So... I am posting this here, so that if anyone is bitten by this dog at this store in the future, this "service dog" is known by this club to be aggressive and to have bitten a person in this store. It would make me very happy and I will edit this review if someone from the company contacts me and advises that this dog's owner has been advised that this dog is no longer allowed in this store. The safety of your customers must take priority and I am sure that if you ask for records and documentation on this dog's status as a service dog you will find out that it is not. I am distressed and sickened by what I heard when this dog was on the attack three times. After the first time the owner should have been asked to remove this dog from the store. It bit it's own owner. Check your security footage around 215pm on September 10, 2019. When I was leaving the receipt checker said this dog has never done this and that the owner said he will be going back to training. I personally do not care what additional training it receives. You if this dog bites/attacks someone or another service dog in your store you can no longer say you had no idea this dog is/was a threat to everyone in your store. read more

I have had several problems with Sam's. The most recent one is a mattress I ordered online. I had to change the address. The delivery company would not allow me to do it and I had to go to Sam's Club. I made numerous attempts, including speaking to representatives who assured me this would be done. It was not done! It is troubling that customer service will not serve the customer. I am canceling my membership today, and I am encouraging my friends to shop elsewhere. read more

Best SAMs Club I've been to in Michigan! The entire staff and Vendors have always been friendly and helpful. For being a "Warehouse Store" these employees make it feel like a large family grocery store. Very clean, neatly stocked shelves and well lit helps add to the overall experience. Ground beef is a great value and we no longer need to buy the "organic grass fed " because the flavour and quality is just as good for less money. One of our new favourites is the freshly prepared stuffed salmon fillets which are so delicious and easy to cook. We shop there approximately every 2 weeks now and seem to find something new and great each time. Never disappointed with our visits here and happy to have discovered this location. Well where do I begin, To say Sam's Club is a very great store. We love shopping there every chance we get cause we like buying in bulk. It is very handy to run there when I need pullups for my 2 year granddaughter or when I need to buy my 3 granddaughters an outfit. then they have to have a toy. then they need fruit snacks or some candy. I like to shop there for us they have a great meat department and I love there bakery. Sam' is just great all the way around. read more

I am a Sam's Club member and this location happens to be closest to my house. On the positive side, they have a nice variety of fresh produce (that is if you can eat 3 pounds of grapes before they go bad). Their cakes are delicious (I recommend the white cake with white buttercream frosting). The wine selection is surprisingly decent also. I would have to say that the cons are they don't have quite the brand selection that Costo does and that the lines to check out are often REALLY long (which can be annoying if you are in a hurry). All in all for Port Huron I think it is a real asset to have this Sam's club available for bulk purchases cheap prescriptions. read more

Went to Sam's early one day and parked in the very first space by the door. Came out and there was a big dent in the door of our pickup. It was a windy day. Told the manager and filed a police report. They reviewed the tape from the camera and saw that a shopping cart blew into the door. We told them we wanted it fixed and they gave their insurance the information. Their insurance called and said they would not cover this accident because they have cart corrals and the parking lot did not have a lot of lose carts in it. At that time maybe there wasn't a lot of lose carts but I've seen it when there was. So now we're stuck with a dent on our door unless we took them to small claims court. Manager did nothing for us to resolve this matter. What would happen if someone slipped on water or something in the store and was really hurt. Would their insurance say they wouldn't cover it because the aisles appeared to be clear at the time. Beware! Don't recommend you go there unless you are very careful. Still wish they would have done something since it was their parking lot and their shopping cart that hit the truck. read more
