I have to tell you my wife and I use to love shopping Sams. However they have been slipping the last couple years. Starting with getting help either at the meat staion or jewlery section. Its either no one shows or they forget about you. So you find your self asking someone to please find a manager and then they are a no show as well. Updated: I forgot to mention that the same service agent REFUSED to page the COS John, (who I actually made a 12:30 appointment with), and proceeded to IGNORE me & wait on other customers. I actually had to find another Sam's employee to page John. This rude, immature girl should never interact with the public or have a position in customer service! The dark haired customer service agent has a real attitude problem & should either be fired or transferred to stock so as NOT to work with the public. If they actually had signage or arrows on the floor, or a "take a number" system, it might avoid any confusion on who is next in line. Don't deal with the AT&T kiosk in the store!! I agreed to move 3 lines over to AT&T, and was told I'd get three new iPhones for free. Since then I've been charged monthly for all three phones and my bill is about $400/month. AT&T says it's Sam's club problem, Sam's club VIP says call the local store in Sherman, and the Sherman store won't answer their phone. So far I've been charged over $1500 for said free phones and and set to pay over $3000 for these free phones. Nobody seems to know how to make this right, and nobody at Sam's seems to care. I expect phone companies to be shady, but not Sam's. Feeling ripped off and scammed. Avoid the AT&T guy in the store at all costs!!! read more

So disappointed today. Always grab a chicken while shopping and no chicken in heated display, no chicken in rotisserie. Asked about it and was told "no chicken today" and the employee turned back to watching the machine with his two racks of ribs in the tray next to him For a Sam's club the aisles had bare spots and a pretty disappointing shopping experience all over. Sam's club charged me $664 for a fireplace that I never accepted because it was severely damaged. The driver would not give me any paperwork stating that since I denied the delivery, he wasn't required to give me any. And trusting silly old me, believed him !! In Hindsight I think he didn't give me any proof in order to save his job. I've been in dispute with Synchrony bank who sponsors the Mastercard for Sam's since Oct. 2022. No refund. No fireplace. I've been a loyal customer since 2019, I'm going to have to retain a lawyer which Will probably cost me more than the fireplace smh but it's the principle of it, isn't it? I will never give them my business or use their master card again and I'm the queen of consumerism, I shop there so often I should own stock. I've never in my 60 years would've expected this from Sam's Club. If you read other reviews they've done this to three other customers. Shame on you Sam's Club. read more

I've had a membership for almost a year now. I order whipped icing birthday cakes for every birthday which are amazing! I also do the majority of my shopping here, and they have everything I need. If I forget my card, which I do all the time, they are quick in getting me a temporary one. The tire shop is my favorite! I got all new tires from them and it took exactly as long as they said it would. I just recently bent my rim and brought my new one to them to put on. They let me know that my brand new tire from them wasn't actually damaged and was able to be put on my new rim! Life saver! Love those guys! I'm in the process of closing on a house and will be taking advantage of their king bed set I just saw on sale today for $580! read more

I am composing this letter to Sam's Club for a very important reason. My husband and I occasionally go to this location and we stopped at the last minute. I had a bakery emergency and needed a beautiful cake for my Mother's 80th birthday. It needed to be taken from Texas to Oklahoma. I had to have a replacement for a cake that I had ordered from somewhere else. The Bakery Manager, Randall, and his two employees dropped everything and helped create a new, gorgeous cake. It was a complete hit. My Mother was so happy! Randall and his crew saved the day and the Fantastic 80th birthday party for my mother. I cannot say enough to express our gratitude. Went into the Sherman store just to see what the hype is about. I wasn't impressed. Actually, Kroger has much better prices. I saw nothing that made me want to invest in a membership. The hamburger was competitively priced at $3.95, but both Kroger and Albertsons often offer it for the same price or less, even during these Biden recession days. Their TVs may have been competitively priced, but I suspect that Walmart and Best Buy offer better pricing during sales. I don't know since I haven't bought a TV for 13 years. They offer rack after rack and table after table of women's clothing, but the men's clothing is rather sparse......and I suspect some of it is items that weren't widely accepted in the retail store----like some men's golf shorts that looked very 50-ish. Whatever you do DO NOT fall for the phone deals you will regrets every damn hour and number of days you have to return to this store to get your new phone activated. I came here on Monday trying to exchange to sprint iPhone sevens for the new AT&T iPhone 11's Monday I was here 5 1/2 hours now it's Thursday and I've been here going on six hours and it looks like we're gonna be here till the store closes the technology in Sam's Club their software doesn't meet the criteria for the phone providers software so if they don't know how to manually do it you spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get your old phone number transferred to your new phone has now after five hours got one phone done and now we're working on the second phone with no end in sight i'm so frustrated right now I could go on for hours and hours and hours but my advice to you is before you fall for any of their gimmicks $300 worth of gift cards for turning in two new phones are $700 credit to return your phones that are in working condition you better read between the lines and make sure you asked is your software updated in the store to meet the criteria is to the software for the phone providers if you don't do that you will regret it dearly. I even spoke to a manager yesterday and was assured the problem was fixed .... Instead of taking a $700 hit Sams CEO/COO would rather the customer take the hit. Nice little place. I really love how they have lots of fresh produce. They don't sell many organic foods anymore, but where else can you buy a year's supply of shampoo (the big economy size) for like $7? The aisles are clean and wide enough for several people to navigate through at the same time. The employees are nice and friendly. I've never used their tire/battery center or photo center. I have eaten at their mini deli and restaurant (?) at the front of the store. They only serve their brand of food: their pizza, hot dogs, ect. Really good food. read more

We chose to come to this SamClub because of the availability of products. Online ordering app not user friendly, store was dirty and the parking lot smelled like a dumpster. Flatbed carts were lined up around the online pick-up area making it difficult to get to the pick-up area. The availability online was FAR from what we got. Feels like it was just a bait to get you into the store. Then once you got in there, you would have to go walk around the store to try to find substitutes for the missed items. read more

Wish I could give less of a star due to customer service. They do not care about my money just that I follow their ever-changing, unwritten membership rules. I have a pic of my card through the Sam's club app which can be used to complete every part pf my purchase, except beer (or so I was told today). "I must present my card with my valid ID (which I did present) for alcohol or tobacco purchases." These were the exact words of an associate there. I was told that there was no need for a membership requirement for alcohol purchases due to laws that prohibit it. Costco has more strict membership requirements but booze can be purchased without a membership. Looks like i will start making the 30 min drive to Costco. I am done with this store. read more

I arrived at the optical about 10 minutes till 5:00 to return a pair of frames and order the same pair again because there was a color defect on mine. The original sales person was there and I spent about 10 minutes explaining the situation. The lady agreed and was more than willing to help me . Suddenly another sales lady came out of the back and asked what the issue was . She said that I could not reorder my glasses unless it was a different frame because " Her manager would not approve of it because I may not get another one the way I wanted . They then said the only thing they could do is put my lenses in the SAMPLE glasses that everyone in the town has tried on!! I decided against that and asked if I could look for another frame instead. The sales woman told me " I'm sorry. It's it's. Is 5:00 and we close at 5:00!!! She said I would just have to come back tomorrow!!! What horrible customer service! I asked to talk to a manager and of coarse she was "off today" I will not be using them ever again! read more
