No one will answer the phone. It's not even an option. You are forced to leave a voicemail. I pay extra for prescription delivery because the line to pickup is always ridiculously long. Having it delivered also takes an obnoxiously long time. I worked at a pharmacy when I was a teenager in the 80's and I don't know how a multi billion dollar corporation managed to destroy family run pharmacies that gave great service and then turn around to destroy that business model but this is what you get when a company understaffs and makes promises they never keep so they can make more profit for shareholders. This is the poorest run pharmacy. Employees yelling at each other. Witnessed the pharmacist yelling at a customer! Good grief y'all. We are all under the gun with this Covid environment. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Always told it will take 2-3 hours to fill prescription and when I get there 4 hours later it's not ready. This has consistently happened for the last 4 months. This month they told me 2-3 hours and when I got there they told me they were out of that med. I was upset that I made the trip. They should have called me back saying they made a mistake. She blamed everything on the corporate office. As I left, that same girl behind the counter went to another girl and told her she "shouldn't have to put up with dykes like her". WTH. She should be fired for saying something like that. I'm not a lesbian but I find that kind of talk racist. I feel this type of remark and service needs to be addressed by management and corporate. read more

I recently went there to actually give them a second chance, they have always been slow and with the exception of one girl at the checkout are all rude, but their hours are good for me. My NP has gone to classes to specialize in weight loss medications/programs, so she put me on a three pill combo of hydrochlorthiazide (for water weight), topamax (helps prevent migraines and to control appetite), and phentermine (increases metabolism and the only controlled med out of the three). I also take 3 other medications but they are long term like for 5 years now. I was first told that they had to call the doctor/NP and verify them which is fine, as a nurse I understand. An hour later I received a call that they spoke to her, she explained her reasoning for the prescriptions but they didn't agree with her explanation so they would not be filling any of them. Extremely rude, offered no alternatives and basically just said the didn't care. I immediately picked up the paper prescriptions and took them to CentRx pharmacy at our local hospital who after looking them over had no problem filling them. Apparently they can just overrule a doctors order because they feel like it. read more

This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy ever!! They treat their customers horribly and are not discreet with patient privacy! I have called, been left on the phone for 30 minutes and waited in the drive-thru numerous times for longer. Rudest employees on the face of the Earth! I will never go there again. read more

Doesn't even deserve a 1. I had my 11 year old grandson in to fill a prescription for his broken arm. (broke in 2 places) I had been to several pharmacies and no one had his pain medication in stock. I went home and talked to ER and they said the pharmacist would have to call them to change the script I couldn't. So I went back to CVS pharmacy and told him what the hospital told me and he (the Pharmacist) REFUSED to call hospital and said if it would have been anything other than pain medication he would but not for his pain medication. I had my 11 year old there with me and I told that prick the medication was for HIM NOT ME. Do not treat me like a junky. As I was walking off he kept talking and I just threw up my hand. Pharmacists yells I'm trying to help you. I turned and said no your not you are refusing to help. The pharmacist then told me not to come back there. Um...no problem there!! So I went back to Walmart pharmacy and told them what the hospital told me and they said that was absolutely right and was even at their closing time but they stayed, spoke to hospital got his script changed. Again at their closing time THEY were there to help him. I just pulled all family members prescriptions from CVS and moved them to another pharmacy. The date and time I was there 7/11/17 at 8:00pm. I will never step foot in a CVS nor will any family member. Will let all friends know this too. Will be calling management of Walmart today to let them know how kind and accommodating they were to us!! read more
