Angel at the Member Service desk is excellent! I went in yesterday with concerns that my husband and I were both paying for separate memberships (which is unnecessary since we can both be on the same one). Angel patiently looked up all the phone numbers associated with our accounts, made sure everything was in order, took a new picture of me, and gave me a new card. Good job, Angel! I purchased a battery on 2/28/2020 for my wife's Chrysler T&C. It is a Duracell 94R. On 12/3/2020 she went to use the van and it would not start. To be fair, the vehicle hadn't been driven for over a week, but is garaged. I called AAA to jump the battery and they said it tested bad so I took it to Sam's in Warren. They said it tested OK and would not do anything more. On 1/21/2021 the battery was again dead after sitting about a week. again AAA jumped the battery and again said the battery tested bad but if the vehicle is driven daily it would start. Today I went to start it after sitting only one day, and it barely started so again I took it to Sam's and they again said it tested OK and they suggested that I purchase a charger. I asked how often am I supposed to charge a "good" battery and they could not answer that one. Oh, and the alternator is working fine. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this or any Sam's Club. They go out of their way and have a very liberal return policy. They do not have washer fluid at the gas station as they are a discount station. The attendant is just there for legal purposes and emergencies, not to wash you windows. As far as checking the receipts at the door, I am white so I cannot speak to anyone of color but I think they are only allowed to count numbers not match every item in your buggy to the list. read more

I dont usually do this but this place has pissed me off tho the point I have to vent a when a bad experience happens I wont go back or I will wait awhile and sometimes give the place a second chance but if the experience is bad again I completely right it off and am sure to let everyone I know of my experience. I had a bad experience at Sams club in my opinion it was borderline racism. On this particular day as I was walking in there was a lady walking out ranting about how the this particular Sams club employee was wrong for what she was doing to paying customers I didn't really pay it any mind until I was leaving out and before you leave out the store an employee checks your receipt to make sure it matches whats in your cart. Now on this day the two couples in front of me had a full cart top and the employee quickly skimmed over there receipt and sent them on when it was my turn I had literally four items in my cart water, meet, diapers, and soda clearly big items that took no time to see this employee literally stared at my receipt for what seemed like forever finally she released my receipt I was very annoyed I looked back to see if she did the same to the people behind me and she had not. I told my hubby about it he is of a different race than me so we went back a few weeks later to see if I was just over reacting the same employee was at the door. We had two separate carts and he went ahead of me the employee and did the exact same thing he agreed that she was looking at one races receipts longer than the others. I wont be renewing my membership there. I mean seriously I come there to spend money on what my family needs we are military and there is no Commissary close to us so we choose to spend our money there to be treated like that is not acceptable at all. read more

This place has no sign posted for what cards they accept. After an hour shopping and self ringing my nearly 300$ purchase I was told they don't accept visa. Time wasted. Rude worker, talked to me and my husband like we were stupid. Such a poor place to shop. Won't be returning. read more

Love this place. Cheap gas, fresh baked breads, excellent chicken and steaks, the friendly Pharmacy. The associates are very friendly a wonderful shopping experience. If you can get out under $50 it's a miracle - so much good stuff! read more

In the past I would have most likely given this location 4-5 stars but recently the employees at the registers and at the customer support desk are at the least VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I go to the self check out lines to try and avoid them but was treated badly there too. I literally had 3 things in my cart, all of which were pool chemicals and very heavy, another customer put them in my cart for me. When checking out I was very rudely and loudly told I had to move them from one cart to another, which I understand this policy when you have several items, but I had 3 HEAVY items. The girl proceeded to stand over me like I was going to steal something and did not assist me in picking these items up. You are checking my receipt when I leave the store, which with 3 items is a very easy task, I should have not been yelled at and I should have received help. Another incident at the support desk, when I'm standing to pay my bill, they don't acknowledge you or answer anything you say to them. They talk to each other or are on the phone or just deliberately ignoring you. I could go on ......You really need to thoroughly screen your employees and teach them how to be polite and helpful to customers. I doubt if I will return to this location again ( already gave them 4 tries in the last few weeks) will make the drive to Boardman. Really wish we would get a Costco in this area, with the competition, maybe you would care how your customers are treated. read more
