I love going to this Sams. The store set up is easy for us. The workers are nice. Store is clean and prices are always great. The 5 stars I am giving for this review is by far because of the Bakery. They never disappoint with their cakes and they are so affordable and good. I love cookie cake and they have a double layered cookie cake. You can order these ahead of time and pick the colors of your icing, or you can even look at their look book online and get a picture on your cake. The prices are great too. The picture of the cake was only $18. It looked cute and was very reasonable in price. I will continue to recommend the bakery to anyone who has a Sam's membership. read more

I love sams. We shop here frequently for groceries and love the samples. Went shopping Wednesday morning with my mom. A rude lady at the door said we couldn't shop with our green sams card because it was 3 minutes until 10. They should be glad we are supporting their company. They then said several rude comments about the customers waiting my the door. It's snowing. It's cold. There are several elderly people waiting. How can a company be so rude? I understand they are being cheap and want you to upgrade to the next card but we already pay to shop here. Very annoyed and disappointed in the rudeness of their staff. read more

The samsclub curbside has improved, but still just 3 stars. They now have designated spots and bring the groceries to your vehicle, as is normal now at most places. The primary complaint is that all too often there are items omitted from my order and usually there is no communication about it. You figure it out yourself when you get home and put away your stuff. The latest pick up yesterday omitted apples. Can you imagine sams club being out of apples? read more

Ordered a treadmill for Christmas - they just dropped it off and literally dropped it off OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. It's 201 pounds. I asked the company if they would bring it in and they said no. Customer service from Sam's .com was horrendous untIl I finally talked to someone in the states. She at least offered to reimburse me some for someone to bring it in. I'm also speaking to a manger at a local store - although it is not the stores fault. She is going to try to help me and maybe this review will change but so far I'm livid and grateful it's not raining or it would be ruined. read more

I have a confession to make.... Big box stores like this give me anxiety. Just the thought of them makes me want to run and hide. Why you ask? I have no idea. I do have uses for stores like this. I love stocking up on necessities like cleaning products, toilet paper, and drinks. They also have some great deals on kitchen items like pots and pans, cooking utensils and flatware. I also like walking around and trying samples. The staff is always friendly and more then willing to help. Lines can get a bit long but that happens almost everywhere. So again why the anxiety? Still no answer. I literally get a bit pissy the moment I walk in the door. I really wish there was a logical explanation but I got nothing. There are uses for this type of place so I won't discourage you from checking it out but if you see me don't approach. read more

I use to run a bingo for veterans and use to go there every week. They always go out of there way to help and and get special order items. I started going there long before they moved into the building that they are in now. My one and only complaint is I use to look forward to there pizza that they sell in the snack bar Sometimes I would buy 10-15 whole ones at a time, They were always very good. When the covid and they started selling pizza again they were very bad every now and then I would try to see if they were improving and they did some still not as good as they use to be. Not an expert at making but the dough is not given time to rest and rise before cooking? read more

I like to save money and sams club will definitely do that if you want to buy in bulk. I have many things on my list that I will buy at sams and currently next to peanut butter I go most often for baby formula. Things you know you need all the time it is definitely worth buying here. They also have a nice hot food/restaurant area. We buy their pretzels and pizza most of the time. I like this particular store and they have plenty of parking. read more

Wow. This club is clean and the associates are very friendly. They have everything in here from glasses to pharmacy to hearing aids (and not the cheap junk either) Apparently with a membership you get 10% off hearing aids. The hearing center has FREE hearing tests and the specialist has tons of information and educational materials. Geez who knew diabetics are twice as likely to have hearing loss and untreated hearing loss could increase your risk of Alzheimer's and dementia by 5. They also have custom ear plugs. Clothing selection is decent sized. Lots of food. Isles are widely spaced. Lots to chose from. They also have a tire and battery center. I live alone and still shop here because it is less often I have to shop by buying in bulk. read more

This is a good Sam's Club. While all of the inventory is the same and arranged in the same manner, I found that the associates were more helpful in comparison to some of the other Sam's I have been to in the past. Looking at the other reviews, I can only hope that the stars and the planets didn't align solely for my trip to this location. read more

Years ago I was a member of Sam's club. We decided to switch to Costco to see what they were like. Fast forward to a week ago. I had been given a Sam's club gift card. I was told that I would get a free one day membership to shop in order to use the gift card. Thankfully I called first. A man answered. I asked what my options were for using the gift card. The man was extremely rude and told me to go to Walmart. I asked if that was my only option and he again rudely told me to go to Walmart and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. If I had gone in to use the card I might have switched back to Sam's. Now it is highly unlikely that I will consider being a member again. read more

I must say Ben is the most polite Man i ever dealt with. Every time I am in the store he makes a effort to come over and ask me how I am doing and if there anything I cannot find. There been a few times he has gone out of his way to help me find the item I am looking for. This man gets more than a five star rating as far as I am concerned. I have been a card owner since 1986. I've had to abandon carts here at least 5 times. Not sure why they can't figure out the correct number of cashiers to keep the wait down. When I've absolutely needed to things, the wait has been as high as 20 minutes. Staff is mixed between rude and friendly. I buy tires here, and while they never seem to last more than 20k mi., the staff is good about pro-rating them, so my next purchase is discounted significantly. read more

please stay away from the optical dept. my son purchased a set of glasses there and went back to have the hinge fixed. the manager of the dept who fixed my sons glasses was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL after placing 2 screws in the frame. she sat down and looked my son in the eye and said 'HOW OLD ARE YOU?' when he replied 22 she then said to learn to be more responsible taken care of glasses. preached to him about growing up. excuse me mam. be glad you have a job since i bought these glasses from sams. never again will i purchase from this store. i did tell the manager who looked like he could care less. read more

The tire department at Sam's has let my family down on multiple occasions. My complaints are with the staff. On our third trip to get front tires put on the car, we were sorely disappointed once again. We were told on the first two occasions that the tires were not worn enough for the proration and that you need to arrive before 6pm if you want your tires changed because they close at 8pm. We arrived on the third occasion with the frame now showing on the tires and were confident we would finally get our tires fixed. (By the way...we were there two weeks ago and told they were not worn enough). We got to the desk at 5:35pm and were told they could not change out tires because they were closing in 20 minutes (they are supposed to close at 8pm). So, the two guys explained that they were short staffed today and were closing at 6pm. So, the guys were not taking any new customers. I was a little mad to say the least because this was a story I had heard before from two different employees a few years ago. These two guys stood behind the desk for the next 25 minutes and talked. I am not sure of exactly how long it takes to change two tires but, I am pretty sure that two trained guys with the right equipment could pull it off pretty fast. The customer service in the tire department is very poor and I would recommend you go elsewhere for your tires. The tires are very poor and the staff is LAZY!!! read more
