As he's arguing with me he puts his hands on my cart in front of me and told me I'm not allowed to leave the store. So detained me at front of the store. Called others up. Once they came up showed them my receipt on my phone and left. Was completely shaken up. A grown man doing that to a women for power control. Completely embarrassing and unacceptable. This would have been around 9:15 or 9:20 when I checked out. My receipt says Tam is the name but I didn't get a look at her name tag. I really don't like giving bad reviews especially when the store always looks clean and I can usually find what I need but I think the rudeness needs to be addressed. I am something of a grocery outlet fanatic. This one is one of the best if not the undisputed best grocery outlet I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was very well organized.
