They have celebrated our happy times and worried on our stressful times. Each of them always have a big smile on their face and welcomes me every single time and it creates a welcoming vibe in the store. The overnight guy is a different story. He is rude, doesn't listen, there has been a ton of times I have asked him for something quite a few times and he will still get the wrong item. It's because he's either talking to someone on the phone or his attention is focused on the video he's watching, and gets aggravated when a customer needs to be checked out. The vibe in the store isn't welcoming or happy. He has also been very disrespectful regarding my 4 year old special needs daughter but I'm going to end my review there

I had an unacceptable experience at this Shell gas station. The pump I was using was clearly…read moremalfunctioning, so I politely asked to move to another pump. Instead of assisting me, the manager immediately became hostile and yelled at me. Rather than investigating the issue, the manager blamed me, claiming that talking on my cell phone was somehow causing the pump to malfunction. He repeatedly insisted that the station had "passed all inspections," as if that automatically meant the pump couldn't be experiencing a problem. Passing an inspection does not guarantee that equipment cannot fail or malfunction at a later time. What was most concerning was the manager's behavior. Instead of listening to a customer who was reporting a possible equipment issue, he chose to raise his voice, dismiss my concerns, and treat me with disrespect. No customer should be yelled at for simply asking to use a different pump when they believe the one they are using is not functioning properly. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope Shell investigates both the condition of the pumps at this location and the conduct of the manager. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not blamed or intimidated for reporting a potential problem.

This is a great location as it is right in middle of Roswell. No weirdo hanging out in the parking lot... This QT is located off of highway 92 and Crabapple Road. It's near a Fidelity Bank and there is a Chevron as well as a BP nearby.
