They showed up late and left multiple pieces of our furniture -- along with many other items -- scratched and broken. We've barely begun unpacking and already worry about what else we'll discover. I didn't bother raising the damage because the owner's dismissive attitude made it clear it would lead nowhere. Then came the billing nightmare. He originally quoted us $6,000-$6,800, and we assumed the most we could be charged was $6,800. Instead, the so-called "final" bill came in at $10,420.52 -- and just when I thought the nightmare was over, the owner blindsided me on delivery with another $4,300 charge. Despite repeated requests, he refused to provide receipts for the materials he billed for, instead dodging the question or insinuating that his invoice was the receipt. When we questioned the new bill, he became openly hostile -- yelling and becoming belligerent in my own home, in front of my children. The delivery to my storage unit was a display of recklessness I'll never forget. When they opened the truck, an expensive drill press -- carelessly placed on top of other items -- was jutting out dangerously. Rather than secure it, they moved the truck with the door open while the owner tried to hold it. It began to fall, and he started screaming at his crew to help. After unloading it, he continued berating them in public. While still at the storage unit, he told us there would need to be another delivery. When I simply asked when the truck would be there, the confrontation escalated instantly -- the owner began yelling at me and then got in his own employee's face, shouting at him as well. In the middle of this, he made the disgusting accusation that I had faked a trip to the ER during a very real and serious medical emergency, and even taunted me, saying he "knew" I would cause him problems from the start. This was not an honest mistake or an isolated bad day -- it was a pattern of recklessness, overcharging, evasiveness, and outright unprofessionalism from start to finish. If you value your possessions, your budget, and your peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

They arrived on time, worked continuously, and had everything done in less than two hours, which really surprised me. I thought it would take a lot longer.
