We've tried all the pizza places in and around the Romeo area and this place is our go to...has been for a couple of years now....I'm actually surpised I hadn't reviewed it before. My parents actually know the owners and he will sometimes deliver the pizza's himself... They sell really awesome gelato at this locale too! Asked for fried chicken it was baked. We waited over an hour and half for it to be delivered the pizza was cold the fries were chewy under cook and gross. We called up there and he yelled at me saying i am a liar and that it was the way i wanted. I will never go back for bad bussinesss coold and gross food. read more

I'll admit, I'm a regular here. Everything is great. I love that they serve a variety of meals. We live their pizza, but we also get lisagna and chicken parmasan. I love their sauce! Any time I order ahead, my food is always done within 20 minutes and ready for pick up. The staff is always friendly. I have never had a problem and I will continue coming here. read more

30 year local resident here, I bought a couple Groupon to try Sorrento. Used both Groupons and both times it was close to inedible. Guilty of only writing reviews if it is very good or bad. This is definitely the latter. It was so bad as to be seared in my memory. My male 6'4 son and his friends tried but wouldn't eat it. Usually they are ah...vacuums, so um...Wow, When I find multiple good reviews and a couple of bad I assume it could be a one time fluke and a personal bad experience. Don't believe this is the case here. It was so bad, I wonder if the good reviews are written by relatives. Looking for chain pizza... take a pass on this place.Ugh. read more

I recently had a baby and with complete sleep deprivation I accidently over-paid the young driver by $20. A few minutes later he came back to our door to return the money. Pretty great. It's a crap shoot on getting a good product. Inconsistent quantity and quality

Very friendly kid who delivered the pizza, however, when I opened up the box I was very displeased. There was so little cheese that it didn't even cover the slices all of the way, huge just saucy spots, I counted how many pepperonis on the entire large pizza, there was seventeen. three slices didn't even have any on them. The bottom was burnt! I'm not trying to complain, this is one of my favourite pizza places, but seriously wondering if its under new ownership because this place has gone down hill. It's refreshing to have a business make good on their promise. I placed an order for delivery, and half the order was incorrect. When I called to inform the manager they apologized and offered to give me two free dinners. When I called later that week to fulfill that offer they were very professional and accommodating.
