For our appetizer, we tried the crab cakes, and we were not disappointed. My date ordered the bone-in pork chop with roasted potatoes and broccoli. The pork chop was tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection and tasty. I ordered the scallops florentine butterfish special for Mother's Day with a side of kung pao brussels sprouts and broccoli. My date and I both agreed that the broccoli left us disappointed, as it was bland and not seasoned (as we have found at most restaurants). My fish and scallops were tender and fresh. The kung pao Brussels sprouts were flavorful and had a nice caramelization. It's definitely a great date night spot!

If the purpose of having servers at buffets is to give customers a nicer, slightly more upscale dining experience than that of fast food restaurants, then surely the servers should EARN those tips by providing great service, right?
