Ok. So you already know the food is amaze balls. We sat in the bar. The only ones under 50 in the place. And that's cool and it was quiet. Waitress was prompt helpful and very polite. We ordered a new item from the menu. It was Lobster n shrimp ravioli in a wine reduction sauce that was simply the best I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned with a little extra lobster in the middle of the plate. Add a cheddar biscuit and you have an incredible bite. We also got the Cajun chicken fettuccine Alfredo which was incredible. The chicken was tender and seasoned just right. A kick of heat without it being overpowering. We also had a side of the bacon Mac n cheese. Which was a bit overpriced for the portion. But it was creamy flavorful and the bacon was just right. A little expensive but worth it. Save this place for a special occasion like ours was our 15 yr anniversary. Enjoy. read more

The food is always great. The servers are always friendly. The food is always cooked perfectly. One thing that I have relied is that the portions are seemingly a tad bit smaller. The Admiral Feast used to be a plate full. Now a days it has diminished. Less scallops and less clams. The flounder is great. It is still A very good buy. Very tasty. read more

The service is absolutely horrible. I had a lady bug in my salad and all they could do was give a free dessert. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I also had to wait 20 mins before a server would come take my order. and every time she came to the table I would tell her what I would like and she seemed preoccupied by something else and would forget what she was supposed to do. When she brought my food out she set her tray on a dirty table and proceeded to give me my meal. I'm sorry but that's disgusting. when she brought me my check she set someone else's food on my table so she could grab my check. Very poor service and I'll never eat there again. read more

Seated quickly. Waitress seemed inexperienced. Had to ask for a straw as per their current policy. Got biscuits. Took 30-40 minutes for order to arrive. Food was excellent. Ordered cocktail sauce and tartar sauce and had to ask again. I love Red Lobster tartar sauce but someone added dill! I don't know why!?! It did not need changed similar to the cheddar bay biscuits. I got 2 drink refills during my visit. The waitress dropped off the meal ticket. Asked if I wanted to go box. I said no I was still working on my items. I asked for a third refill. I felt a particle of fish bone or dill on the back of my tongue. I did not want to cough and hack and cause a scene so I got up to go to the bathroom to see if I could remove the item on my tongue. I left the unpaid bill and my keys on the table. I got back to my table and the manager said my keys were at the hostess stand. I didn't know I was done with my visit but apparently I was being shown the door. My table had been cleared. I went to the hostess stand to retrieve my keys. I told the host I wasn't finished with my meal and the manager cleared the table. He said they could get me another meal or get it to go. I said I was okay. I told him I still needed to pay my bill. He got my waitress. I told her I hadn't been finished with my table or meal and she said sorry. She asked if I wanted a to go drink but I declined. I paid my $40!!! bill. Left a 10% tip and left. What a horrible experience! I've had waitstaff ferret my appetizer or dressing cup away before but never an entire meal. I was hugely disappointed. And the meal was so expensive. This was supposed to be a rare treat! Ugh! Nothing like being told you have overstayed your visit. They had no wait for tables and had other tables available. Frustrating. Food snatchers. Had an awesome meal there today want to thank the staff that helped me with the lobsters I had the lobster lovers meal found out that I like the Main lobster better the rock one is more cheery & a little more chewy! She was more than willing to make sure to let the cook know that David is highly allergic to all shelled seafood! So his food would not come in contact with any thing that could cause him an issue! We haven't been to a seafood restaurant in over a year due to that fact! Cause when we ask the manager they say no e don't have a place that we can cook special orders! So we have been here a few times and each time the service seems to be getting worse and worse. The only reason we are here is because we wanted crab legs. Service was terrible. Coke was flat tasting and everyone knows I way prefer Coke over Pepsi. So disappointed that the Coke was flat. Took them forever to take our order and restaurant really wasn't that busy. Food was good as usual. But they really should tell the employees not to change into work clothes outback where people are driving around the building to find a spot to park. Saw a very unkept younger guy with sagging pants changing into his work clothes outside by the side door/back door. Addition 1 year later: Friendly server most of the time. Price went up with smaller plates on some items. I'm always served a puny lobster tail even when they have the fat ones in the tank. Fishy shrimp scampi. Having won a $50 gift card from a local radio station, my husband and I headed to Red Lobster on a Thursday night. There was about a 15 minute wait, even with lots of empty tables. Service was extremely slow. The food was good, however my meal came with red potatoes which were brought out about 15 minutes after my meal came out. We had lunch here today. Arrived at about 2pm on Sunday. We were immediately seated and greeted by our server Sinclair. (Hopefully I spelled that correctly). She has a wonderful personality and was very attentive to us. Our food arrived quickly after ordering and it was excellent. This has been my best experience ever at Red Lobster and I have had many in the past. Excellent work across the board from the host staff to our server to the kitchen. I've always loved Red Lobster! I had a petite lobster roll, and got a dozen cheddar bay buscuits. The food was delivered by Joseph. I got my order wrong and they corrected it and Joseph Txted me as he waited for my order. Our Red Lobster is very courteous and the food is wonderful whatever you order. Great service. When came in it was a five to ten minute wait but with it being a Saturday it's understandable. Came in on a very busy night, the wait time was about 45 minutes for 2 on a Friday night. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, which says a lot considering they dealt with many rude customers while we were waiting. Pretty standard as far as Red Lobsters go; this one is another good example. Restaurant is clean, food is consistent with all the rest of them and always pretty enjoyable. I like that it never seems to be super busy for lunch or early dinner, or maybe it's because of the layout almost like In sectioned rooms, but I'm always pretty comfortable and It never seems loud or crowded. I've had good success with the wait staff being friendly and attentive. I would recommend going here during crabfest :) read more

My 2 star review is biased because I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, I'm more of a local joint kinda person. But, my son wanted to go to Red Lobster for his birthday dinner, so that's what we did. Our server was good and attentive, no complaints whatsoever about the service. But, my fish and chips was quite flavorless and bland - thank goodness for malt vinegar! Met my sisters for a luncheon. Our waitress was very pleasant and served us well. I ordered the woodgrill dinner, it had a bed of wild rice topped with Skewered garlic shrimp, A lobster tail, and scallops...with a side of grilled veggies (yellow squash,zucchini, onion) I had ask for the scallops to have a good sear, they arrived with more of a baked texture. The flavor lacked a little seasoning, then the way I would have cooked them. Over all my meal was good, I would of like to have had it more tasteful. read more

Me and my wife went to Red Lobster today and we were seated very quickly. We then had to wait for about 15 minutes for a server. Then the general manager showed up and gave us free appetizers for the wait explaining that there was a communication issue with the servers which was fine. I ordered the 12 ounce New York strip & my wife ordered the all you can eat shrimp. My wife loved the shrimp. Night before last our family had a birthday dinner at the Evansville Indiana Red Lobster. The food was just OK and the price was ridiculous for what we got for what we paid. We had eight adults, two people on one ticket, two individual tickets, and one ticket with four people. We requested our tickets to be billed in that fashion. We also had two servers. The two singles had correct bills and were able to pay and leave. Our bill, for two people, and the four-person bill was so jumbled and confused with each other's orders on our tickets. We called it to the servers attention and she told us that she would go fix it.; she finally came back, after about 10 minutes, and the bills were still incorrect. We didn't see her again for another 10 minutes when one of the managers or the chef, we were uncertain, came by to ask if there was a problem. After another five minutes or so The server came back and you guessed it the bill was still incorrect; however our bill was only about $.70 off and I said I would gladly pay it just to be released from restaurant jail! The manager/chef check to see if things were now correct and I told him about the incorrect item that was still on my bill; he took the bill back and took the offending item off. The other bill never did end up being correct. While it was nice that everyone said they were sorry. the birthday girl herself along with my husband I ended up wasting 25 to 30 minutes while a group of people were waiting for us to show up for her birthday. It was almost comical if it hadn't been so irritating that there was not even A free appetizer card offered in compensation much less any part of our bill being comped. Over the years red lobster has been a family favorite for celebrations; it will be a long long time before any of us return there! read more

Amazing service, amazing food, overall amazing experience everytime I go there! Price is well worth it--you get what you pay for!

I have no complaints whatsoever except that the portions of seafood could be bigger for the price.
