After having 5 General Contractor's come to our home and all saying we needed new vinyl windows and giving us quotes between 50-60K, I called Jeff Viola. Jeff came out and debunked all the lies I'd been told, like all my custom sized windows would be 2-3x the price (total lie and they charge to the next standard size) and measuring all our windows, he gave me a quote of 23K including installation, renting a scissor lift to install our 3rd story, etc. Yes, it took 6 months to get the windows, but that isn't his fault and is the standard time, but we now have all new vinyl, hurricane windows made in Florida for Florida weather! Texted and got a response saying when could he come. I responded with a date and then ghosted. Tried calling. Literally no returned calls, phone always went to voice mail. Not even a call to explain they don't handle that. We went direct to the window maker. Turns out, the wall plate was incorrectly installed by DuraSash and we had to pay the window manufacturer service department to come out and fix it, at a cost of about $350.
