When we got around to opening up the wood, we discovered they shipped the wrong product! My order was correct and the invoice was correct. They just pulled the wrong product. For this, they get 1 star. HOWEVER, when I brought this to their attention, they admitted fault and didn't lay any blame at my feet. Less than 36 hours later, they picked up the wood and started the process of a refund. Because they took ownership of the problem and apologized for the error, they get 3 stars back. If they were a local business, I would do business with them again. We are all human and mistakes happen. They at least took responsibility for the error.

Still not a word to offer to replace any of the flooring...these pictures were sent to them and no response at all. We made it clear that we lived in the southern Colorado mountains, that we had no a/c and that was why we thought engineered flooring was best for stability. Andrea, our salesperson, never said anything to indicate the material was not suitable for this environment. Live and learn.... I do not recommend. Avoid this company and their engineered flooring. During our buying process, we had multiple conversations with our salesperson, Andrea. She knew exactly where we lived and still recommended a specific engineered flooring and glue. At no point did she disclose that this product could cup and split in a dry environment. It cupped and split. We chose engineered wood assuming it was built to withstand climate variations, but this product is clearly not designed for a dry climate, and we were never warned. We followed instructions perfectly, acclimating the wood for 10 days (longer than the 7 days Andrea suggested). Despite this, the wood cupped and split. We had to sort through the delivery just to salvage the usable pieces and adapt as best we could. The final floor looks okay, but with the cups and splits it is far below the premium standard we paid for, and we are deeply concerned about its long-term durability. When I emailed documented proof of these defects mid-installation, Andrea turned it over to her manager who has never responded. No calls, no emails. Days later, I asked again what could be done and Andrea finally responded on her manager's behalf, with a technical excuse about home humidity ranges. They offered zero resolution, completely wrote us off, and left us with an expensive, subpar floor. Save your money and go to a company that actually stands behind its products and honestly informs its customers.
