Instead of simply telling me whether the machine could be repaired, the staff actually laughed at me when they saw how old it was. I understand that not every machine can be serviced, especially older models, but there's a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. Being mocked for bringing in a machine I care about was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If the shop doesn't work on older machines, that's fine--just say so. But laughing at a customer and making them feel embarrassed for asking for help is not acceptable. I left feeling dismissed and won't be returning.
