They will only care about the ridiculous rent money and won't take necessary precautions to upgrade their rent locations and homes. The landlord is a young immature guy who only deals with things if he feels they need to be dealt with, having no concern for urgent situations and moving on his own accord to fit description of slum Lord trying to make money off of other people's pockets. An amateur of the highest order seeking to scrape by to make a dollar. After being told by George that I was approved for a lease in Larchmont multiple times, a formal lease was never presented for me to sign. When contacting George on the staus of the lease, he essentially 'ghosted' me fully ignoring my text, phone calls, and emails. Additionally, I was required to pay a $500 deposit to place a 'hold' on the property I was approved for. To date, my deposit had NOT been returned. Thankfully, I was taken care of by an incredible competing broker in Westchester and approved for a beautiful place in Rye right off of Purchase in the heart of town. Unless you want to be lied to, subject to fraud, predatory practices, and unprofessionally treated DO NOT use HarborView Rentals for your property needs. They are amateurs that should not be trusted. I will be sharing my case with the Better Business Bureau and published across other rental sites and social media so that other potential renters do not suffer through the same nightmare I did!

Incompetent, unethical, irresponsible, unpleasant…read more We've had multiple issues throughout our handful years living in their building--noise from neighbor, leaking, power outage, construction dust, etc--perhaps not uncommon issues for an old building like. It's not the issues themselves, but how they responded that was frustrating. Each time contacting them for help, we were answered with one of the three: 1. Complete silence: They simply ignored. No response at all. 2. Human shield: They send the building super to apologize on their behalf. Super could help with certain things--e.g. leak--but often it was beyond his power--e.g. construction dust seeping in. But management didn't care. 3. Utter apathy: They literally don't care. Saying things on repeat like... - "I don't know" - "That's not my responsibility." - "That's property manager's job" (when asked to connect me with the PM, they ignored again.) - "I need to go home." - "Move out if you're that unhappy." Look somewhere else. This is not a good place to be.

She was SUPER responsive EVERYDAY. Answered all my questioned and yes I had a lot. She is so nice and showed me that she truly cared. Also extremely professional and very reassuring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I worked with people who I knew in real estate and even they couldn't get me approved.
