It is a plus that you are able to get weight management however the process is not ideal for those on a busy schedule. Everyone is quite nice in the moment however when it comes to scheduling it could be better. I have been given the run around and not provided clear instructions on the processes they have in place. Especially when all you're having is a telehealth visit. I wouldn't recommend this practice given these reasons and I will not be returning.

Ever since Dr. Ramanan left it's been complete and utter chaos. If a patient has a balance it is the office responsibility to communicate that . I was refused service today for a bill from 2022!! I have been seen since then, with co-pays collected. Furthermore if I have a balance why wasn't I told when I scheduled?! I scheduled my appt through the front desk, not the scheduling service. This office not only dropped the ball tremendously, but would not take accountability for it at all. Even the office manager was rude. They claimed to have mailed statements. But I haven't received anything from their office. If I were you I would not waste your time here, no compassion. I work in the medical field and would always refer this office. Will never do that again. And if you are smart and care about your health you will seek care else where also. Lackadaisical staff makes the providers look back.

I felt hopeless at times due to this excruciating pain. When I started to work with Natalie, she used different technics like Yoga ulnar nerve glide and scapular retraction depressions and other techniques to improve my health issues. Her on hands therapy is quite unique and on a scale of 1 to 10, I give her a10++. After just a few sessions with Natalie, I almost feel normal again and my range of motion has greatly increased. I have been going to VMHS for 3 years and they care about their patients. They even have a healing dog during treatments. I really, really like my Therapist, Dr. Ann Byrant. Dr. Byrant has helped me to become the best me right now. I like her style of Structure & Unstructured therapeutic techniques, while still remaining professional and compassionate. The owners are friendly and always willing to listen even if you are not their client. Also, I'm very please with the Receptionist/Office Managers, Renee and the office staff are resourceful, friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
