My PCP was attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I got the best care I've ever received. However during and after the pandemic this place has become a complete disaster. The turnover for the front desk is base on students coming and going so when you call and put in requests they don't always make it to the right person. They've managed to charge me for things that we not done and appointments that were cancelled well in advance and will cancel your care if you do not show up regularly and then will put you under review to see wether or not they will reinstate you as a patient. I've never heard of such garbage. I pay my copayments I cancel in time so that I won't get a surcharge for not showing up so the fact that they continue to claim I owe for something I definitely do not owe is crazy business to me. I heard horror stories in the past about this practice and defended this place but now I'm here to let you know that if you go to this place be prepared to be played with when it comes to money. It's no longer warm and welcoming the waiting room is depressing good luck on your search for quality care though because this isn't the place I will ever recommend ever again.

It is a plus that you are able to get weight management however the process is not ideal for those on a busy schedule. Everyone is quite nice in the moment however when it comes to scheduling it could be better. I have been given the run around and not provided clear instructions on the processes they have in place. Especially when all you're having is a telehealth visit. I wouldn't recommend this practice given these reasons and I will not be returning.

Today, 12/17/25 the same thing. So, if you have a whole day to waste and don't mind waiting endlessly to see the doctor this is your place.

No feeling of judgement in any way and they order the tests to find the cause, however , they already pretty much know and describe it perfectly. That's bc they really listen. Shirley is so amazing ! Charlene is like the whole sun and not just a ray of it. Debbie is the sweetest woman I think I have ever spoken to in my life. I wish that all of my Dr's offices were like this. While waiting in the lobby, where every seat was stained with something, I was kept company by a gentleman in a wheelchair moaning who was waiting longer than me. After filling the 20 plus pages of entrance paperwork 3 weeks prior, I was then promoted to wait the day of by the staff while they entered my paperwork and requested a copy of my MRI(all this information was given to them 3 weeks prior). Upon finally entering the exam room, I was greeted by big traps full of bugs, patched up walls and smell of something. Oh, did I mention they pressured me on filling out paperwork to see the sleep apnea doctor next door, which I did not do. The Doctor finally comes in and proceeds to tell me on how they will schedule me to come back in a month for a urine test and then to go over treatment options then. I could go deeper, but my thumbs hurt.

I came in and the front desk people were nice but as soon as the nurse came out she was hostile to her staff and rude as hell loudly saying basically if the next appointments haven't finished paperwork then skip them. She I got back she asked me when was my last period and then as I'm counting back she walks out like just rude for no reason. I wanted to just get out of there so bad the energy was just weird. Then the doctor came in and said "so what did you think you were just fat" like before she even said hello. Like, no first of all smart ass I wasn't showing at all until I was almost 8months and my doctor said I was in early menopause in July not that I was pregnant. No one asked or thought I was pregnant around me because I WAS NOT SHOWING so don't ask me stupid questions as if I ignored my body. Routinely try to auto-charge the wrong copay amount (overcharge) and will not fix system. Disjointed care across providers. Providers seem competent, but not worth the perpetual office chaos.
