And we are so blessed to have found her, she is an amazing doctor she takes her time, answers all questions and makes us feel welcome every time we have an appointment. I also love the way the office is set up and it is so convenient that she is the only doctor that works in the building so the wait time for being seen is very quick. And it makes the experience much more personal and not rushed. Not to mention the amazing office staff who always greet us with such kindness. My daughter and I waited weeks for this appointment to address a serious issue. We arrived ON TIME to the appointment (2 mins early, actually). We completed all forms sent in a link via text along with insurance info, ID, etc. prior to the appointment. When we checked in, the very rude receptionist said "I'll have to see if she'll take you." I looked at my phone confused to check the time and it was only 1:28pm and said "oh I believe the appointment is at 1:30pm" in case there was a mistake, I wanted to clarify. The receptionist said rudely "I know, since you're a new patient, you should be here 10-15 mins early". I was not told this directly or would even think this was an issue since we completed all documentation the day before the appt. I didn't say anything since I've never been treated like this for arriving on time to an appointment. The receptionist waddled to the back and returned stating "The provider (SARIAN WILSON, NP) wants you to reschedule and to arrive early next time". Absolutely not. They canceled our appointment we traveled several miles to for a serious issue we waiting weeks to attend because we arrived only 2 mins BEFORE the appointment for forms already completed electronically???? I told the rude receptionist politely that we decline the "offer" to reschedule and told her I will look for another doctor, then left. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE OR WITH SARIAN WILSON!!! My oldest is now 12. They have only come to this doctors office for their care, unless they were referred to a specialist. The staff seems to be ever changing which may attribute to the quality decline. It's hard to give an honest review when you know your children have to come here. I just wish they were more friendly, accountable and understanding. On our most recent visit we were called back by an unfamiliar check in assistant. She was very short with my son and a bit rude. The doctor we saw was very friendly and welcoming, thank goodness. The wait time is always a bit long, which is a little funny because if you are late they won't take you. They ask you to arrive early only to wait and they have you wait well past your appointment time. I just remember past experiences being much smoother and welcoming. I must add I am still blown away at the fact my youngest son received the wrong shot last year, then they wanted to charge me to come back for the correct shot. Even after the doctor called me to inform me of her mistake and snapping when I began to question their actions. No accountability, telling me I could seek care elsewhere was beyond unprofessional. As a parent I have every right to ask questions when it comes to my children's healthcare and malpractice.

I immediately had my labs completed, and the results were sent to the office. I received a call today at 11:40 saying that results from the lab were in and all clear. However, the Dr. working today was unwilling to call in the medicine my son needed. It is frustrating to not receive the care you need, when you need it. Today is Saturday, and now I have to wait 2 days until a prescription can be called in for my son. I was told the labs were all that was needed, and to know that the Dr. reviewed the labs, everything was clear, and the Dr. unwilling to call in the prescription for my son until the other Dr comes back to work on Monday, is very frustrating!! Aren't all the Dr's at this practice supposed to be competent? Now, I have a 3 year old that I need to protect against this as well. The nurse I spoke to wasn't much help in offering another alternative. I should have taken my son to another facility so that I could receive timely care by staff who have better empathy!

We have been here now for over an hour and have only been triaged. That was after they 25-minute wait in the waiting room to fill out a short novel about a one-year-old's medical history. the good thing that I can save as far as that the staff is very friendly. Not efficient, but friendly. I'll update once I see the provider if she ever comes in. Edit: wouldn't you know that less than two minutes after I wrote this the provider came in. She is awesome! She actually sat down with us went over everything, answered all of my questions, and did a very thorough examination of my boy. She set him up for referrals just to make sure that her suspicions can be ruled out or treated. I'm very impressed with her, not so much with the wait time... but just for her I will add another star and continue to come back.

I know many in the medical profession frown on it but she was totally supportive and happy for my success. She had a hunch that I may be deficient in vitamin b12 and had me tested. She was absolutely correct and ever since I started the supplement I've felt like a million bucks. So glad I found her!
