I was instructed to complete patient paperwork and informed that an account would be set up for me. After completing the paperwork, I received access to an account that listed vitamins for purchase--items that were never discussed during my consultation--and there was no mention of the treatment plan we had reviewed. Additionally, there was no indication that I would be meeting with a licensed provider, which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice and regret sharing my personal information with them. New patients should proceed with caution.
