My doctor left, and I was left with a nurse practitioner, Larry Bayliss. I had to go to the clinic four times to find out why my medication was not being renewed at the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not know why. Also, I asked Bayless to run a specific test, which he did. When the labs came back indicating a problem, I asked him to re-run the test. Instead he ran the wrong test and refused to correct the problem. If you are pro-active about your health, this is not the clinic for you. Bayless is not open to clients who ask questions and who try to take control of their own health. The reception staff is very nice and have always treated me very well.

I finally clicked on her , made her my new pcp, and I have been super happy with my decision. She is very thorough, follows up, really listens, and makes sure she crosses her Ts and dots her Is. Her assistant, Jillian, is also super amazing. They make a great team because they work well together and show in their actions and words that they absolutely care about their patients. Any time I contact them, even by email, I can count on getting a prompt response. I am so thankful that I clicked on Dr. Reddy's profile because I am receiving the best health care ever!!!
